Some departments are not working full time due to Covid-19 so you dont get help soon. You drop your documents without signing anywhere.what if they got lost? That the challenge we facing at dsd.

Worse service ever, they do not answer our calls nor reply to our emails but it is said that they are working from home and the only communication is via emails but they failing to respond to us.
