A shop that is well stocked and well priced with great variety. If you are looking for party decorations, pet products and cheap toys then this is the place for you. The one negative is that when the shop opened all the shelves were marked with the prices. Todays visit I had to go and ask for the prices...they really need to fix this.

Everytime i plan to be in Pta, every Newlands i see is closed. This was an unexpected trip and Im glad I went. The hype around Newlands is justified. A nice store with just about everything and at good prices too.

Love this shop, has lots of fun stuff, especially for kids and sooooo affordable.....by 6 of an item and get all six at cheaper price (well all the things I like for my kids 😄) I love that they open at 8am (during the week when I go there) Newlands Accessories- Menlyn branch, staff friendly and prices the best!!! Love you guys!!!

They stock a very big variety of products such as party decorations, toys and board games, art supplies, makeup, and much more. It is like a China Town Mall but in one big convenient store.

I bought an electrical product, it did not work, I took it back the very next morning, together with my purchase slip. I was told that it is their policy to NOT give you your money back. I referred them to the Consumer Protection Act, yet they insisted that their shop rule is above the Act. If it does not work, and you return it, with the slip, the Consumer Protection Act will not apply. You do NOT get your money back!!! I asked for the owners contact details and it was refused. They are a law unto themselves. Be warned!!

Worst experience in a shop EVER!!! My daughter has bladder problems and had an accident in the shop. Was humiliated by the lady working by the toys. Left with a traumatized daughter while she was shouting at everyone else what happened. Will never ever put my foot in the shop again. Staff is always rude, of no help and shouting at each other. Good idea to send your employees on a course on customer service and how to treat people in a respectful manner.

This is by far one of the best Gift shops in PTA! HUGE variety to choose from. Every time I visit the shop I see something new! Very reasonable prices!

Store is a mess, stock standing all over, staff in aisles packing. No pricing on most of the shelves or products. All Christmas items without pricing. The 1st 4 items I wanted to buy, had to 1st ask for them to check prices. Terribly frustrating, on 5th item without pricing I left the store not buying anything. Will rather go to another store where everything isnt in chaos.

Bad experience today at this Store. I arrived around 20 minutes before closing... There was nobody in sight assist me as the ladies were all changing to go home. They talked (aka screamed) so loudly in their changing room at each other, I could not hear myself think and it also just added to the bad experience. Then they ended up closed 15 mintes before closing time, they had to unlock the door for me to get out. Not impressed at all, I would rather go the Glenfair Branch.
