Lee is an amazing and bubbly person to work with! She made it easy for us to decide what product to choose by inflating them so we can see how they look. She was also very patient with us and slightly difficult customers. That all while being under pressure. Commendable!

The balloon artist at Cosmo Balloons made a beautiful balloon garland for my friend’s drive by baby shower. We could not be more pleased with the arrangement. Great service and great prices.

I bought a balloon there that was guarantee to last 4-7 days and it was deflated within not even 24 hrs. They gave us a new one and it did the same thing. Their quality of product is poor and after the second replacement no refund was offered nor a replacement. I wouldnt recommend.

Very disappointed. Theyre only nice to you if you fully utilise their products, like I did a few years back. They insulted the balloons I brought to the store to be filled up with helium. Ive never felt so despondent before with the attitude I received. I felt like taking my balloons and going else where. If they dont want me to bring my own balloons, rather put a sign up stating so. Dont make me feel as if Im inferior. I wont go there again

Really, really over-priced. R187 for just one letter balloon. I found the same product online for half the price and the convenience of delivery to my door. Also only one size of letter balloons - gigantic. Good variety of products if you can afford it.

I am giving this one star rating with a broken spirit. I use their services often and this morning I was completely belittled in front of other customers all because I was speaking Setswana with the one of the employees. The owner of the store instructed myself and the employee to speak English so that she can hear our conversation. A few minutes later she continued to speak Afrikaans with other customers. This behaviour had racist undertones and her behaviour showed she had double standards. Expecting me to speak in her language while she continued in Afrikaans. As an African in Africa I should be free to speak any language I want. I have decided that I will not be coming back.
