Very Good Staff goes extra mile. Explains everything and anything until you left with no questions. Keep up the good work guys. One aspect to improve is the Telephone line, very difficult to get hold of anyone there. Average it took about 7 minutes to me every time before I could get to the person I wanted to talk and that was after few attempts.

I had to pay for my cars service even though it was still under service plan, because they told me I could bring it in 2000km over the the actual service interval and when I took it in Fords system wouldnt authorize the service and I had to pay it. Incompetent independent dealer that will cost you because they dont know how their own systems work.

I asked to speak to a salesman which I was then transferred through to Eugene, I was lloking to purchase a vehicle for my wife but Eugene answered the phone and the telephonic conversation I had with him was unpleasant as he could not simply show basic manners, I asked him how he is doing and he just responded with Im fine to which I then said excuse me? And he yet again replied with: I said I am fine and I just did not feel welcome or that he wanted to assist me. I would not recommend doing business with them rather take your business else where, where they actually want to assist you and make you feel welcome...

Am not happy at all,they never gave me my policy document for extended warranty of which I paid R14700 cash ,I needed to know whats covered but they failing to give it to me,till today and its been 1 year 10 months now,and when I bought my second hand Ford ,there were scratches ,they said I shouldnt worry they will fix them for free , they will call me,to bring the bakkie in till today.When I ask they say the manager is not around . Today they said the was fired.
