Took my vehicle in for a service here for the very first time and I must say I am impressed. I wasnt the first costumer in line and they only took 2 hours to complete my vehicles service where other franchises would normally take the whole day to service my vehicle and they even tightened my handbrake without me having to notify them about it. The only down side I found was that although they cleaned my whole vehicle some small places werent clean properly but it was minor so I give them a 4 star rating. Costumer service is excellent and they always greet you with a smile, they provide you with that warm welcome feeling.

Took my fiesta st for service, the first day i went the service advisor told me that my service plan had expired and will have to pay cash. He was a bit rude about it and i left.Went back the following day and was assited by Karabo who was really helpful and made sure that I get value for money. Took the car in at 7:00 and Received 3 hours later at 10. Great service

The Mazda Dealer show room is well positioned. The Mazda services workshop is open every weekend. Customers have nothing to bother their masters with leaves of absence citing taking their vehicles for service as services can be done during weekends.

Not user friendly, just so ecomic in every part they sell, not realable. Its unfortunate thier business model suits themselves and no one else. With such a big brand associated i wonder.

Will never take my car here again, took my Wildtrak for 80 000 service, they claimed theyve cleaned the brake shoes/drums. The car started making whistling noise the following day. When I take it back to them to fix their shody job they wanted me to pay for attending to my car again....

My daughter called the service department for advice on best tyres for ranger , and overheard the manager say just tell her to call the tyre dealer...poor response

What a useless bunch of service department people. Reported that my brand new car has a steering issue. Their comment was that I am a sensitive driver. After many times of fighting they woke up and realised that the steering rack was faulty. Steering rack is replaced now other issues arrises and they do nothing.Take your car for a service here and you might be worse of than before. 3 services and they still can’t just fit a screw for the mudflap.I must probably tell them like babies. Are you going to put in the screw in the mudflap?Took me 3 people to explain that the wiper needs replacement. 3 people. Amazing.

Been making use of Lazarus Ford in Centurion, Worst service and customer care ever. Out of being Gatvol I took a chance on phoning Allen Joss Ford and it has been smiles since then.Excellent customer service and speedy assistance.Long story short, 2018 Ford Figo was giving gearbox problems, Lazarus Ford offered to help in 3 weeks time of reporting the issue mean time I have to drive the car, running the risk of a break down. Even though they are renovating the place, the service is still acceptable. However, to have one salesperson handling the spares is asking a lot. Poor Edwin is really running around. And YET, he does it with a smile. Cudos.

Poor customer service. Receptionist talks over you when you try to explain what you need (obviously because she wants to get home early to celebrate new years while Im stranded hundreds of kilometers from home). Zero effort made.

Service department is horrific, the arrogance is unbelievable. Comes from Managment, all the way from service manager down to the smallest service advisor.These owners should really look into the managment and sort things out. Never ever had such bad service from a dealer. Service advisor speaks to customer incredibly badly. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE OR FOR ANYTHING ELSE!

Bad bad bad service....never fixed the problem my Ford ranger wildtrack had. This is the 3rd bakkie of mine I am having problems with that has to go back 3 to 4 times for the whole day to fix the problem. Told me they tested on high speed where the the problem is and after i checked my tracking report for that day the bakkie was around the block so they lied too.

Poor customer service. They give contradicting information over the phone versus in real life.

The service is bad. I waited hours just to get my brake pads changed. Twice in one week and they said they cant hear what the problem is with the brake pads. They keep saying that they are waiting for them to confirm from the factory.

Excellent service we received from Sibusiso Sigudu their Sales Executive. We manage to conclude a deal within a week of enquiry. He follows up and make sure that one understand all parameters.

Service advisors here are really friendly and has good customer service skills, I have been taking my bakkie here from 20 000km till today, I am now at 200 000km and never had issues with my bakkie. Technicians should be doing good job as well I guess.

Poor poor service department, I was depressed about their service on the 28 April. I dropped my car before 7am and i went back at 14h15 but my car was not attended, then they called me around 4pm to say the car is ready, when I get there I waited another 30min for my car. 😭😭

Very poor service.When i arrived the sales person was busy looking at someones vehicle inside the premises but the gates where locked, I could not enter, only after I parked my vehicle infront of the gate and walked in did they open the gates.Nobody assisted me so I left and came back an hour or 2 later.Upon my return the gates where open and I entered and walked around on the second hand section, one sales person was busy helping another client. The others just stood there looking at me. After a few min I left dissapointed.This is not what I expect from a company like Ford.

The most pathetic service (if you can call it service). I visit them to buy a new Ford Renger wildtrack. The sales people does not bother to assist you as the client...maybe they dont need the sales and the commussion??? Then when i eventually get someone to assist me, i was told that soory sir i dont have the vehicle that you want to test drive. REALLY?? I am amazed tgat this dealership still exist.I will advertised this poor pathetic service to all my friends.I am happy to say that the opposite is true when i visited Lazarus Ford in Centurion to buy my Wildtrack.
