Loved it. Easy clean comfortable space to gym at. A bit on a small side but well epuiped.

The operational times written here have changed since lock down. They close at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please not this, I have had to turn around 3 times because online it says differently. But great facility!!!! Be sure to check it out, just be on time 😅

Lovely gym and friendly staff

Opened two years ago. The Virgin Active Wonderboom has lots of parking for cars and a security is always patrolling for the safety of cars. Activities takes place in the upstairs and there is also a lift to go upstairs however as a fitness fanatic stairs are mostly used. At the ground floor there is a swimming pool, internet access with laptops and you can charge your cellphone freely. A restaurant for healthy food for in case you missed your breakfast. The Active is surrounded by shops selling automobiles and Makro Shop is just five minutes walking. Very nice place to pump your muscles and live a healthy lifestyle

Would loved it if they had nore equipment.And the temperature in the gym is a little high for training. Overall not to bad

Very clean gym. Very busy 5-7pm, but during daytime you will have a great experience. New equipment, restroom/sauna is clean, staff is always friendly, and the Kuai restaurant is very well situated in the gym for healthy food and a smoothie after your workout. I really wish they will later on upgrade with a Squash court, no Virgin Active in the area has one, and this one has lots of extra space available. With a Squash court I will rate this gym a 5star.

Best gym lve been too. Has an indoor pool, sauna, play area for kids (though you pay and its a bit pricey), variety of equipment for weight lovers and variety of classes for people who love classes. Also a Kuai restaurant on the ground floor. Very friendly and professional staff..

This club is fantastica for any person living nearby and for students studying at Onderstepoort Campus. It had all the essential equipment, its clean and tidy, and (during off peak hours) had more than sufficient space for everyone to train. The Kauai kiosk also has great prices on all their healthy foods, and should you have Discovery Vitality, getting a smooth is a great pick me up after your workout

A very clean and homely atmosphere with friendly staff. Equipment is still new and in good working order. Will appreciate more yoga classes to accommodate those working far.

I must say it is a very clean and pleasant gym. Everybody is friendly and helpful. And you get free wifi . Also very nice healthy drinks and something healthy to eat. Great place

My home, i have trained in more than 7 Virgin actives, this one is like home to me, just 5 min away from my place, the stuff is so friendly, the food is always fresh, the gym equipments are new, enough space for anything.

To full. You never get to swim, swiming pools temprature on the wall and the actual feel is much different. Not enough equipment, you have to wait most of the time at equipment. In my initial engagement with them they gave me 1 price, when i actualy joined the price differed. Cant wait for my contract to end.

Great gym, the staff are excellent and knowledgeable.

Mens changing room is a disgrace! The utility room at its entrance is flooded everyday. This morning as well. Has been for the last 4 months. Shower at the steamroom smells of sewage. Some of the main showers drains also blocked. Have complained but its still the same. Hair dryer broken for two weeks and just left. One of the rowing machines on the main floor has been out of action for two weeks. No notice on it. Seems maintenance an issue? Come on mr. Manager. Up your ante. Disappointing.

The gym is clean and not over crowded... I just wish it could be a 24hour gym

Restrooms / Toilets were disgusting, when I wanted to join, the monthly fee kept changing, always a different story, and they tell you, they only have the special for today, you must sign today, very disappointed.
