Professional workers and they are up to date with their gym equipment, apart from a few leakages here and there they provide great facilities. It is also good for people new to the gym environment as they provide on floor gym instructors and with the help of their supervised super circuit classes you will be one step closer to reaching your desired body every time your at the gym😊, they also provide various fitness classes for all our fit buddies out there though they excluded the highly demanded spin classes. Otherwise if you can put on your gum shorts and get ripped 💪🏾

Their salespeople will sign a lengthy contract without your knowledge just because they want commission. Ive had the bad experience there

Had a 24 months contract with them that end in December 2020, I sent them an email in December to terminate my contract, come February 2021 they still debiting my account and they demanding R660 cancellation fee. They don’t reply to emails, and went there is person and the person who deals with cancellation was not in for the day.

I have been to better Zone Fitness clubs. Zero service - I was a member looking to use the club and get the latest training schedule and it took 23 minutes to get assistance.If you ask questions, no one knows or you get send around in circles.___The gym:* Avoid peak times - its get stupidly full. Its okay during off-peak times.* Get yourself well oriented with the area as no one will help or show you around.* Its just a gym - cant be friendly to staff. Theyre more concerned with numbers than anything else.* Buy your own gym items elsewhere.

People dont get scanned for temperature and sanitized when entering the gym

The club always runs out of water and the stuff are unprofessional

I wasnt happy with the gym and my contract but they failed to cancel my contract. When Im busy with my exams or when Im out of Pretoria they still charge me for that month >its unacceptable. Im not happy with my experience at all. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Great place to be for your body workup. Friendly and professional receptionists who knows how to deal with people or clients. They always have fitness crew always when you arrive and throughout the day.

All possible equipment is there and bigger. In the morning is much better and half empty

You guys are boring,we know about V.A.T but for you to increase my payment every month because of VAT that was low.I wouldnt personally recommend your gym to people/friends.In fact I would stop them if they try join you guys.Last year November when I was still paying R175 I once tried to lift a dumple,the fitness instructor told that I cant do that wearing jeans.That was fine I understood.Last week when I paid R207 I saw this muscled guy doing that infront of the instructor...Whats that?On a scale of 10 Id personally rate you 2(two)

Basic Gym, gets VERY crowded at peak 6pm - 8pm. Classes super full (only 1 studio), the place always smells (not sure if aircon ever works). The staff can be rude (i.e. staff wants u to stop using a certain area cause they want to clean it so that they can go home early). Overall OK if you are a student, or can access the gym during the day.
