Greasy, soggy fish and chips glued to the wrapping paper on the inside, the only thing crispy was till slip. Never again.

The worst first time experience Ive ever had. Firstly I was served by this rude older lady who shouted at me for making a mistake on my order!! First of all Im a paying customer and I made a genuine mistake. When the chips came they were not nice at all, they were not even well done to make matters worse. I dont think Ill ever support them again. It was my first experience and certainly the worst one. Indeed first impression last and I dont ever see myslelf supporting that outlet ever again!! 🚮🚮🚼

Bought ( the special) fish and chips , my order no #39 , time 18,16 this evening ( 16th February 2021) but sad to say it was dissappointing yet again The chips were horrible and seemed old .Never , never again will I support them nor will any of my friends and family and business associates. I specifically asked the lady that served (took my order) Are the chips fresh and she said yes , The reason I asked first is because I was disappointed before with their chips , and sadly there is no improvement

I waited 50 minutes just to get large chips that were not so large nx, Im so annoyed! Very bad, dont come here the quality sucks

Good quality food and friendly staff

Went to buy chips today during my lunchtime, rang the bell twice to get help, one fat lady looked up and saw me and went right back to sit, I walked away, and Im not coming back there, terrible service. Its unacceptable that staff could just sit and chat and not attend to clients.I wouldnt recommend anyone at all, was a loyal customer, but the hostility of one fat lady in particular is a total put off.

I got a delivery from this establishment. By far the most disgusting oily and raw food I have ever experienced. Would never recommend this to people.

Didnt like how they prepared their fish

I Bought Chips there today and either it is made in old oil or it is old chips.Yet they say food is freshly prepared well definitely not. This is by far worse chips I ever had and I buy from them all the time and never was the chips old like today, you have lost a Customer !!!!
