They gave me a tub of mash without gravy. They got my chicken portions wrong. They either dont have this or that. Just go somewhere else.

What is the meaning of fast food?Always have to wait 20minute for chicken, because they always sold out. This is not the 1st time. Management on duty have to be trained proper time management or there is something wrong with this store. Always excuses, I rather drive futher to Paul kruger street and support them, never problems or out of stock there. Staff also friendlier.

Person taking order was talking while we were giving order. We were also told they cant do certain things like make a patty zinger style. Went to other kfc down the road and got exactly what we wanted. Dont go to to this branch

There was an altercation 29 June 8:15 pm where a man from the street attacked a customer. The employees at KFC did help us. There is always people making trouble there. I did contact KFC headquarters about thenattack but to no avail. There needs to be security. I always feel unsafe there because I go to the Sasol garage on the same premises. Stay away

Worst KFC in Pretoria.Closest one to my home, and not once have I ever had good service. Coming from the hospital tonight and hungry af, I decide to grab a burger, only to have a Double Crunch that is one breast sliced in two and placed on top of each other. This is a joke, for the amount you pay you can at least receive 2 portions of meat on your Double Crunch since that is what you pay for.
