Food can be very inconsistent.They tend to wrap everything tight and this causes the food to get soggy, especially the chips.They overspiced the chips and sogginess calls for a total disaster.I dont know why the owners and management wont teach staff about this and only pack the when we go and collect.Edit:Had a sit in meal with my daughter 24/09 and my burger was really good but my daughter who ordered a quarter chicken leg didnt fancy it too much as it was too salty.I really dont think this did Mochachos any favours now as she will always prefer Nandos due to this.The sit in was practically empty so I had good service from staff.The decor and seating areas were nice but very dirty. They need to clean the tables properly!

Makes good food, great variety and it is amazing if you would like to make no food one evening or night.

Terrible service. Twice now I ordered from the restaurant and had to wait over an hour for my food.The first time this happened I didn’t even get my food. The manager didn’t even care, just kept cutting my calls.This is the second time now waiting for over an hour for my food.Just a simple burger and chips which the lady who answered my call said it usually takes 5 minutes to make.Really terrible service. Bringing down the Mochachos name 👎

Love Mochachos, but this place is a disgrace. We arrived home with our order and now have to pull plastic off the patty in the beef burger we just bought. I used to overlook the stale chips of previous experiences at this place, but now I feel I need to let it be known.Staff walk around with their masks hanging off their ears and not covering up completely. Sign on the door says No Mask, No Entry. What a joke!

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!Twice I ordered for delivery and waited more than a hour and a half.Food always cold.Never answers the phone.Do not recommend to ANYONE.

Made an order for delivery. The teller said it would arrive in 30 min. Its been 1 hour 30 min....still waiting. Calling the store....no answer. Shocking.So the order arrived almost 2 hours later.Guess what...incorrect order, also I open the box and find a whole bite taken from a burger. Im disgusted!!!!! Looking forward to the manager of this store to call me.....wonder if that will ever happen... PATHETIC SERVICE.

Very slow!!! Pathetic!! Waited almost 2 hours for food to be delivered by Uber. And then it arrived COLD. Had to drove back to restaurant myself to get fresh food. Even then I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the replaced food. Will order from Mochachos again but NEVER from this branch again.

They serve food with dirty plates, fork and knives!!! All dirty!!!I am highly dissappointed.I asked them to clean the folks and knives but they decided that they will not return them back to me to have my meal!!!

Incompetent staff.. tried to place an order, couldnt even understand the lady then got put on hold and couldnt get through again..

Can never get through on phone on weekends. Number on google does not even work(have to try alternate number on the outlet pamphlet and still gets line busy most of the time). In store orders are slow and the place feels very disorganized.

SHOCKING SERVICE 😳!The cashier said it would be 20 minutes for my food but it took 35 minutes. I waited extremely long for my food. They all kept on saying 2 minutes, 2 minutes, but it took forever to come.NOT RECOMMEND!
