Food was good. Service was good. Music was far to loud, so you end up not enjoying your food. Very noisy.

The service was great and the food was exceptional. The only thing that I did not like was that while eating there was load shedding and it seems like the store does not have backup power because within a minute the lights were on again at stores within eyesight. And worst of all the staff started leaving one by one until they were all gone and it was only us customers left in the store

Order was supposed to be medium but lange was provided with the additional Cost. I did not have the time to wait to resolve the issue. Tip. .. check your order when placing, paying and collecting. 3rd run in ive had with this store in a year.Big shoutout to all McDs . Please make a stationary menu available for customers. All the flashing through the menus makes it very uncomfortable for customers. Remember English is a 2nd or even a 3rd language to most South Africans.

They are very rude.. They are very slow. They dont know how to speak with the customers. There like more 5 clients very unhappy with their service. Some waited for more 30 minutes only to be told what they ordered is not available.. I m very disappointed in their service and Ill never go there again.. They need to learn customer service ... Their service very pathetic shemmmm

Dont go on Sundays after 5. had the worst experience. after order they gave a table number, but didnt deliver to table, checked after 15 mins, the food was lying on the counter getting cold. and the ketchup machine was not working and it took the lady 5 mins to give ketchup sachets. burger was cold like frozen when I got to eat it. poor staff interaction.

Its a MacDonalds, they are pretty much all the same. I like that. Some are cleaner and friendlier than others. This one is good.

We ordered McDonald’s yesterday afternoon. The chips were cold (we walked directly from McDonalds to our car, so it was barely 3 minutes). The worker who was packing our food also wasn’t wearing his mask correctly - his nose and mouth were open. In this time it is unacceptable that people in the food service industry are so ignorant and reckless while handling food.
