My son was hospitalized with high blood pressure. Complained that Dr does not speak/explain anything to him. His staff is rude and when phoned Dr does not take calls. The sister will phone back but never does. We could bring in the forms which the medical aid requiered the Dr to complete for registration of a chronic condition but Dr is busy and it can take up to 3 weeks to do so.We requested medical report for our family Dr in order to get more information from him, but Dr does not send out reports to other Drs.While I was in Kloof hospital approximately 3 years ago, my Dr asked him to take care of me on a weekend she had something on, he was the rudest Dr I ever have come across. He was so rude to the staff and when I asked him about some symptom which I was worried about, but he evidently does not answer questions either.

Dr Erasmus is fantastic, but the other staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful.

You can wait up to 3 hours in his waiting room and he is always in a hurry that you feel rushed through your appointment ... not a happy patient

No feedback after consultations.

The people working at this practice is so rude with you. They dont worry about a patient at all, say the dr will get back to you, we have been waiting 2 days basically to get an answer and in the meantime their patients health is worsening. They are RUDE and dont care! If you tell them something they just keep quiet. The service we got from the beginning (which forms part of the hospital) is just pathetic!

Dr Erasmus is the best doctor
