The place is nice looking and the outside is definitely impressive, the best thing is probably the swimming pool. No proper welcoming, no proper adhere to covid 19 regulations, the beds were dirty, as well as the towels. Would not recommend.

An amazing little gem, hidden in the Waterkloof area.Staff are pleasant & welcoming. Facilities & venue are well maintained. The food is very very good. The overall ambiance is enhanced by the garden & fauna.This place has earned & deserves its 4star rating by the tourism board.

The place is clean and peaceful. We did enjoy our massage and the jacuzzi not forgetting the privacy we got🙂.I will definitely visit the place again.

We were a group of four ladies planning on having THE day and it was a disaster.As we arrived, there was no receptionist to guide us. We were waiting for around 15mins until I decided to look for someone. The gentleman that serves the coffee found out that our appointment was for 11h and not 10h as per my confirmation. There was no solution, we had to wait for an hour.We were then called and the one hour full body massage took only 45mins. We had no place (basket, anything) to put our cloths. After the 45mins massage we were waiting for a hour and half to be called for the next treatment, which we then decided to give up and leave the premises without concluding the package.On the meantime we had lunch, which even though the kitchen lady was very friendly and trying to accommodate us, it was dry and not of a great standard.We also did not see sanitizing procedure.We did not see sanitizing gel in the premises, neither our temperature was checked. Most of the staff were wearing mask, except the manager and the kitchen ladies.There was a lack of communication amongst the staff and my reccomendation would be for the place to have a coordinator to welcome the guests/visitors and manage the bookings, making sure that the service/product is delivered with quality as per what we see in their website.

Management team must change their racist attitude otherwise the place is great staff is very friendly.

I loved this place because for years my wife have been complaining of a back and shoulder pain,but since Saturday no pain at all.they found out that she had a blood cloth on her shoulders and broke the cloth through the hot Stone massage during the session I booked her for as birthday surprise.this is on the best palaces i have taken my wife to.the staff is friendly, the management team was also great. My wife and I will be visiting this spa more often. Thank you spa beau waterkloof,you have done wondrous to my wifes well being.

Very beautiful place. However the hostess was not very accommodating. Despite us arriving at 15:00, we stayed outside the gate for 10 minutes automatically our massage time was reduced. We didnt get a welcome drink and snack as promised. The massage was average. We were not asked what intensity we wanted or even what are the areas to focus on. However the meal was very delicious and the chef was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Joseph for making the experience worthwhile.

Wanted to spoil my girlfriend for the day and stumbled upon them. Not only were they situated near my house but they were very friendly, welcoming and made it all worth it. They even phoned me and asked if didnt want to spend time with my girlfriend in the Jacuzzi and swim at no extra cost. My girlfriend loved the treatments and it is really a must if you want some time away from everything and really dont want to drive far... This is absolutely perfect.

Room was a bit uncept, coffee was sticky in thw container. Robes and towels smelled weird, towels are old and frailed as are the robes. Cushions and bedding had stains on them making it gross. Poor service.

It was a really nice place to relax and rewind, the messuse they gave to each one of us made us feel welcomed and relaxed. They could improve on having UV light to dry off the nail polish quickly and nail polish collection.

I had such a great experience at Spa Beau. The staff is very friendly and they made sure we had a relaxing visit. The hot stone massage was great. I strongly recommend Spa Beau.

What a very poor service, no friendly staff, not as good as it looks on their internet.. The place is filthy n rooms are cold, rooms have no privacy.. Staff is rude.. Poor time management they make you wait for almost 20 min before your actual massage.. My husband and I are very disappointed and regret booking with them, our valentines weekend is ruined, I want my mon back since we did not get to have massages n their jacuzzi. It was a scam so disgusted.. Would not recommend it to anyone, the most annoying thing is that there was no manager or supervisor to report n complain we were told that the management team is not available

Upon arrival for our scheduled treatment, my husband and I was very rudely greeted at the reception door.We were told that they couldnt do the treatment because they were fully booked for that time and had sent me an email to tell me.Though there was no email which I received from them to reschedule, they were rudely implying that its not their fault that I came at my scheduled time.Customers are the most important factor to having a successful business. If you treat people as if they are worth nothing to your business, they will never return.Bad word spreads like wild fire.I have never received such unfriendly service before.I will not recommend this spa to anyone, as I am not the only one that has received this rude behavior there, it leads me to believe that they place no value on clients.

Dont go. Bought my girlfriends mother a massage for her birthday. She struggles to walk and there were no disability access. They were behind schedule. The massage also did not last 45 minutes but way under that. She had been hurt a couple of times during the massage. The massage was done in a tent. And there were clients at the Spa who were loud and rude and screamed when the talked to one another. The venue is poor. It should be quiet and relaxing. The massaging should leave you happy and feeling great. The therapist was still training and its not her fault. It is the establishments. How can you ask for money if you do not have qualified people working for you. You cant ask cash for a person that is still a trainee? Also we waited forever for service when we came back to pick her mother up.

Worst spa experience ever. Very unproffesional staff. No welcome drinks were served. No direction was given. Only 3 of the 4 treatments in our package was given. The massage was very painfull. The jacuzzi was dirty and way to hot to sit in. We sat around waiting for our next treatments for a long time as people were receiving treatment in the same room as ours ( where all our belongings were). One of the guests almost left with one of our hairpieces. How does that happen? The food was cold and the sauce provided was tomato sauce. The overall treatments were very average. Will not recommend this spa to anyone. Very dissapointed.

If you enjoy a truly mediocre experience, then this is for you. We booked a full day spa treatment, we were done by 13.00. The creaking floor of the tent which is the treatment spa room, the scones with margarine instead of butter, the very abrasive facial which really isnt for mature skin, the chicken breast doused with sickly sweet sauce, the therapists who have to keep walking from one end of the property to the other to fetch clean water, the hours of waiting between treatments, the radio playing commercial RnB, the not so clean towels and robes....

Went to Spa Beau for a couples massage with my boyfriend. We were greeted in the parking lot by management and were taken to the waiting room and were served hot tea and coffee and muffins and croissants. All very good and professional.We had booked for a full body massage and it was wonderful!! Both of us really enjoyed it and we found the staff (masseurs) very friendly and professional.We were a little disappointed with the confusion after the massages, we were not directed anywhere and felt a little awkward waiting to be directed to the jacuzzi or something and the towels provided for us were slightly cold and damp. Further, we left our clothes in the massage room, but when we returned after the jacuzzi, another couple was already receiving their massage and as a result we waited for sometime for someone to go fetch our clothes for us.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the place to a friend. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming and the massage was extremely relaxing.

The Manager Adelle & her team are professional which tops off the pretty garden surroundings. I look forward to treating myself & Wife with one of their couples packages soon!

The worst experience ever. I took my partner there. The swimming pool was stinky and dirty. The therapists didn’t know what they were doing, kept on walking up and down. The towels and robes were dirty and old. The staff who welcomed us were unfriendly and rude. I suggest you do not go there EVER!

Very poor service, place not well looked after. You can see dust on stoep. Windows look like not cleaners in a year. Poor time managemen. No welcome drinks as promised, I even cancelled, wonder if I will get my money back since such poor service.

The robes were dirty and had a funny smell including the towels too. The manager of that place was very rude. There was a mix up with my treatment and i was not happy with the fact that we had to share the jacuzzi. I thought the point of booking time for the jacuzzi meant it was just going to be me and my daughter.

I booked treatments for me and 2 of my colleagues through the Hyperli app for November 2019. We did not make any payments as I discussed that on my emails, we will make payment 2 weeks prior our treatment, since its our year end function and our Financial department will only be able to do that then.Now I receive an sms that they do not work through the Hyperli app anymore and I made my booking over a month ago? I have many emails confirming my booking!! But since I didnt pay them a cent yet they dont care and I must go look on the website and choose a different treatment, so where I wouldve paid R25 difference per person, I would pay over R200 ekstra per person.Just yesterday I gave your details to our other department, that they must use your service.I will never ever use your service again or recommend you! Ill make sure of that!

Boring massage with no privacy, you get massaged in a room with large glass windows with direct line of sight from neighbouring property, especially at night which makes you feel lighted up as on a stage while outside is dark... and the massage was dull and boring.

I had a horrible experience with this spa.My bridesmaids and I scheduled to have our nails done at the spa the day before my wedding. Not specializing in nail technology myself, I contacted the spa to describe what I wanted the final look to be (nails longer than my natural nails, but not plain tips as they do not last) and they suggested I get Full set tips and they charged me R100 more than indicated on their website.When we arrived at the spa we were met by a nail technician who is outsourced by the spa. She was confused about what I booked, wanted to do some other procedure I had never heard of and definitely didnt book. She and had limited colors available and suggested we leave the spa and rather do our nails at her salon in Silverlakes, where she will be better equipped. Had we known that this spa is incapable of supplying more advanced nail procedures (and outsource), we would have been happy to rather book at a professional nail salon.We tried to speak with the manager or the lady who had helped me over the phone, but they were not available and we were helped by someone standing in for them. She gave an unacceptable apology, and her resolution to the mess was to give me a refund and to make a booking on my behalf at another salon based in Woodhill at 6AM THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING, without even inquiring about the location and time of my wedding.While she was coming up with this plan we continued with our regular spa manicures and pedicures we also booked. The nail polish used was either very old or applied too thick as it formed bubbles and wouldnt dry properly, even after two hours. In the end we removed our professionally done paint jobs and redid it with something my mom luckily had with her that evening. R510 completely wasted.Dont ever go to this spa to have your nails done.

Disorganised chaos.We arrived and waited for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged our existence. Then forms were shoved under our noses but we had to use our own pen.Treatments are scheduled an hour apart which really is a waste of time. They are understaffed and overbooked.The Indian head massage was basically a non-event. My therapsit didnt talk and we were never really sure what was next.It is also a huge achievement tobget lunch which is supposed to be included in the package. Lunch is when THEY TELL YOU SO because although they are alsi a guest house all their food os frozen and can only be cooked when thawed. Problem is they dont think of that so they dont take the food out of the freezer.The facilities ars so-so as per the pink chewing gum lying around in the only bathroom.Seriously dont waste your time and money

I made a booking for Saturday 17th October after calling and confirming that the spa would be able to accommodate four of us for a full day spa treatment and two rooms for staying over. They were very eager to send an invoice, which I immediately paid for. I received no confirmation so I had to call in a day before the event to double check we were actually booked in. I was greeted telephonically by a rude man who seemed quite eager to cut the call short. This weekend was a family getaway to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday so I really wanted it to be perfect for her. However, when we arrived a few slices of fruit, very weak, watered down coffee and muffins were displayed I am assuming for our consumption but we werent sure as nobody bothered to help us. We hung around in the bar area for about half an hour with our luggage awaiting some assistance. Eventually a very frazzled lady hastily introduced herself and told us somebody else happened to arrive a bit earlier than us so they were moved ahead of us for their treatments and we would have to wait another hour....still in the bar area.....still with our luggage. I inquired as to whether we could put our luggage in our rooms. They scurried around and came back to me excited that we would be all in one family room. Can you imagine this....I booked two rooms as I have grown up daughters and a boyfriend and I am positive they did not want to share 1 room!!! They obviously realised their mistake and after another absence, they returned to reassure us that we actually had two rooms. We went to the rooms and waited. When they decided to fetch us I informed them that I didnt want the Swedish massage but rather the hot rock massage (we had a choice). I was greeted with sighs and an awkward silence followed by ok we will change your treatments around so that we can heat up the rocks. There seemed to be constant confusion between management who ran around shouting at the therapists. We eventually received our facials, then a break of an hour. Why? you may ask....because this spa was clearly overbooked and the management were trying to fit in people in between our sessions. At 16:00 I was told that they were so far behind with treatments that they could not do my boyfriends and my manicure and pedicure and that we would have to wait until the next morning. We decided to order dinner which was horrifically priced between R150.00 - R200.00 which would have been acceptable had a gourmet chef made the meals, but one of the recently employed managers who admitted she wasnt much of a cook was tasked with this. To top off everything, the owner of the spa decided to spend his birthday celebrating loudly with an entire rowdy crowd of his friends while we specifically chose this place for its supposed tranquility. A big thank you to the therapists who had too many clients to actually offer a good service to. They tried their best and still smiled. I will never recommend this spa to anyone and will never return. Worst experience ever.

Our booking was for 12, 12:15 they inform us the previous booking came in late, waited till 12:45 to go in, had to push back everything planned for the day, because they cant reschedule or shorten the previous massage, because they dont want to make the customer angry. Why do the customers have the suffer that is on time then?

Very rude, incompetent and unethical stuff members, that will mess up and make as if its your fault, we had an appointment for 13h00 and we were told that the appointment was pushed to 16h00,we demanded to speak to the owner for the inconvenience and poor service delivery but nobody wanted to help me and my wife, demanded a refund for the past three weeks, Im still waiting for a refund till this day.
