Horrible experience.The gowns and towels smelt like they had not been washed after the last people that were treated.They dont let you know to bring 130 rand extra apart from the 2000 you have already paid for your own food.Firstly we were told the jacuzzi was not available because of Covid which we understood and then asked for an extra 30 min on our treatment to make up for the jacuzzi not being available. 20 min before we had arrived (we were on route) she had messaged us to remember our own towels for the jacuzzi which is strange because we had paid almost 2000 so you would think they would provide towels.Secondly they were very unprofessional and made my partner feel very insecure they had looked at my partners feet during the treatment and proceeded to look at each other and laugh they did the same many times during the massage.Thirdly The treatments were not worth the price at all. The foot massage was done slap dash and the waiting period between the treatments were longer than the actual treatment. The scalp massage could have been mistaken for a 3 year olds attempt.Fourthly we werent introduced to our therapists we had only heard about their names when we were asked for our feedback.Lastly the actuall place had cigarette buds lying in the garden and the view is again not worth the price paid

The food was great. I had my staff function at Bushmans rock and they catered easily for 65 people.I also had the luxury of sleeping over,the luxury rooms are worth the price. Good space to sit and catch up whilst over looking the pools.A good kiddie area set up next to the restaurant which means you can enjoy your meal while you watch over the children.I didnt have the opportunity to experience the spa, but I plan on booking another holiday soon.* There wasnt any sign of the fire damage, the lodge worked well to conceal it from us

The only problem Ive experienced was their Typography, the billboard is to small, which I & and my fiancé we struggle to find the place, by the time we saw the place we were late and that shorten our spa treatments, but otherwise weve enjoyed every moment of it. Looking forward to have more Spa treatments with them.

It was the best service or experience ever and me and my wife we received a 5 star treatment and we are planning to visit Bushmans Rock Spa once a month.

We had Sunday lunch here. The service was excellent thank you so much. Not often that you find enough waiters for the amount of seats in the house. The atmosphere is great although the background music at some times came to the foreground and was a bit much. I suggest you search for the setting on your system that set the music all to the same level - that is if you are using a MP3 type system. As for the food, I found it to be a good average, but then the pricing was also set it line with that. Good place to go if you have small kids as the playground facilities has great seating nearby.

The best treatment for your whole body according to your package and professional Team you can find at this spa. Hospitality is outstanding and unforgettable and you will wish to come again and again.

Not impressed with the spa . Great staff but very expensive

Cutlery was dirty, food was VERY salty, the mussel pot portion for R80 was not worth R10. Toilets dirty and no soap when we asked for wet wipes Shorty the waiter said they only have for the company not guests. We will NEVER go there again. Terrible experience.
