Beautiful, beautiful and clean . There is even a spa inside, and the employees are very friendly.

The place was freezing cold as if they didnt know they were accommodating people in winter. The blanket was full of fluff and it wasnt clean I sneezed the whole night and to make matters worse the water was freezing cold. We didnt even shower but on a positive note thr breakfast was surprisingly nice and filling

I booked the place for one night to attend my graduation on the 6th of April 2020and due to corona the country was on lockdown. I requested for a refund and they blatantly refused mind you, the cancellation was done on the 19th of March whilst they said they wont be cancellation penalties provided that it is done before the 30th of March.Im very disappointed and there is no way that I can go and at least sleep there because I stay hundreds of kilometres away from the place, such a disgrace management

The only thing I liked wa breakfast and massage. Very thing else is a no no. NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING, WE HAD TO ASK FOR TOILET PAPER TIME AND AGAIN, 1 PLY NOGAL AND NO HAND SOAP, NO AIR FRESHENER, THE BED YOH THE LESS SAID THE BETTER.

Rooms are very cold urs heaters not effectiveCold water in d morning as for massage url using vicks instead of massage oils

The pool is too small, there is no hot water in the morning, the bed is small. But its good enough to sleep for the price. Its a 2 star hotel honestly

The owner is a hands on lady who goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. A very pleasant week. We will certainly visit again.

When they speak of daylight robbery, . Sgegede is the place. Once u park u cant leave. Empty promises. Late massage.my home has a better ambience. U cant call a place with four walls which offers massages, a lodge. Wat a rip off, for that price. Its just a place to rest ur head. Other than that , look for value for money elsewhere.

Horrible experience, Ill never recommend this place to anyone and Ill never come back. If there was a zero rating coz thats what they deserve. Refusing us to even use the microwave, crockery, no enough toilet rolls in the rooms, food awful

Thanks to the team especially Lerato and the other therapist. We cant get over of our experience it was 5star . We were launching our very Phenomenal women service and everything went well.The cake was the best surprise compliments to the chef.We.will certainly going to come back.Keep up the good job.

My experience was bad, Went there for facial massage the therapist didnt want to massage me I waited for 30 minutes for her, I endup requesting for my refund. I paid for full body for me and my three children we were serviced by receptionist guy, when it was my turn to be massaged the guy went to call therapist she didnt want to come until the receptionist guy massaged me. I was not pleased at all

The staff was friendly but the dinner was so little,horrible and not appetizing plus we were not given options.In the bathroom there was no soap and i asked for it at night but i didnt receive it until 8am in the morning ,as for breakfast everything was cold....the place really need hospitality skill and improvements

I always feel at home here. Last time I was here it was in 2014 today when I got here I was welcomed with warmth and love. I just love this place.

The management needs to invest some of their profit in fixing the things in the guest house, especially the locks and blinds in the toilets at least. It was not that pleasing for me.

The room was just okay. Drinking alcohol is not allowed on premises..Breakfast was served cold.

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE - we had special needs - wheelchair guest and surgery pending, so Sgegede staff member persuaded me to cancel our online booking and book directly with them, insisting on a 50% deposit which they refused to refund when their accommodation wasnt suitable. Simply daylight robbery!MISREPRESENTATION - the current state of Sgegede Guesthouse is not in line with the beautiful photos online. It was NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY as promised!We were given a choice of two poorly ventilated converted garages, which felt unsafe, unhygienic & the toilet seat was broken in the other room. Despite this accommodation being undeniably unsuitable for our needs, the owner of Sgegede flatly refuses to refund us our deposit.

Stuffy. Rooms really need more windows or air-conditioning. And only one bed side table.

Very poor service that we got at sgegede today. I wouldnt advice anyone to go there. We got there, waited almost 3 hours for our buffet that we had pre-booked and when the food came out the potatoes where uncooked,beef dry,cabbage burned and the dumplings were so doughy and raw. The food ran out and they told us they could only refill the cabbage. Only got one glass of juice and one can of soft drink. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told shed come to us but w later saw her driving out of the love and then her employees said the manager cannot come see you, shes not well. Wasted my time and money today👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. They even blocked me on their Facebook page after I compained

Totally pathetic!No WiFi,only 2 washed out towels between 4 people.No teaspoons.No plug for bath or basin.Chipped cups.Only good thing - the friendly ladies at reception.Booked and paid for 2 nights,but wemt to look for something better after one night!
