Useless, worst service you can get in the world. Goverment institutions gives better service. Service staff is arrogant and very rude. Please refrain from doing business there.

If i could give - 5 stars i would. The WORST servive i ever experienced by a provider !!! The WORST, DO NOT GO THERE !!!!Staff are poorly trained and have NO idea about the service they provide to clients as per the MTN booklet. And horrible bad attitudes, they do not want to work or help !!!DO NOT GO THERE !!! The WORST !!!!

Staff poorly trained with bad attitude.Concluded a data contract on 2020-06-27.Documents required not well communicated.The total process was more than 3 hours.Functionality not explained at all.Bad unpleasant experience.

Took out a contract. Been 5 weeks have not received my package deal in terms of data and minutes. Been back there 8 times and still to no avail. They log tickets with head office and do not follow up on them or get back to you. Do not even bother calling them as they do not answer.

I handed in a phone for repairs and never got any proof of the phone being booked or any sms updates as promised. Seven weeks later, I phone the store to find out what the status of the repair is and according to them, the phone was just sent back. I doubt if it was ever sent for the repairs. Customer service is definitely not priority in this store, but then again, I have not come across an MTN store that has.

Had the worst service. Went to do an add on to contract and they never even called back saying if its approved or completed.. gone to another store and then received proper service.

I went to go for an upgrade and after a month the shop assistant phoned to sort out issues with the account. After returning 5 times with no success and promises he was sorting the issue out, he told me that it would be better that i do it myself.I phoned myself and after numerous transfers and agents, i was told that there was no logs of any sort that the person at mtn woodlands has made.In short, I would not return for any queries or assistance. Since you have to do everything yourself.🙄😑😒
