Had the best experience and service from this branch of Spec Savers! I had an issue with the coating on my glasses. They fixed it completely free of charge.I had interactions with 6 different staff members and all of them were excellent. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had to do an urgent eye certificate for my sons learners. Was there at 8:20 and although they only open at 8:30 for those screenings, they helped us. Friendly optometrist! 5 minutes in and out. Brilliant

Was told I could collect after 5 - 8 days, 20 days later I could finally collect my sun glasses as only my regular glasses were ready when I first went in (after 12 days). Discount promotion was never applied to my account. Spent almost R7,000.00 and this is the service you get.Edit: make that almost R8,000.00 now following a repair that took another 19 days to complete and I was never given notice that it was ready because “the SMS system is down”.Edit 2: Notice thats took them 10 months to reply for this review. This only serves to confirm what Im saying here.

Not impressed with Spec-Savers Parkview. I specifically called them in the morning to find out if I can do my eye test for drivers licence there and I was told yes they do it and I dont need an appointment. So when I got there in the afternoon they said no they cant help me because the lady who does it is not there. Why not tell me that over the phone? Instead I wasted my limited time after work going there and not another place.

They dont have a great selection of frames, staff are competent.
