Had my matric dance there. It wasnt spectacular but considering we were only a group of 21 or so plus covid regulations, it wasnt too bad. The rice they served was stale but otherwise the food was a solid 7/10.

I was only there for a meeting. The catering was fair, seating and tables solid with a nice big projector screen.The curtaining of conference room realy let the rest down though, with cheap a railing also having a broken hanger and the light non block-out curtains alowing in enough light to wash out the projected image.The grounds are well kept and looked like a nice space to spend some time!

Had a great time just wish they could reduce some of the restrictions

I had a booking the past weekend and firstly i would like to start with how beautiful your place is and how gorgeous the rooms are too. However im not happy wit the service i received from the staff. i got there and the weather was not permitting for us to sit and eat outside, i then asked to sit and eat in the dining area then afterwards well go in the garden. Firstly i must say that ive never seen hospitality staff who cant think on their feet. Secondly while we were eating a guy called Farayi came and chased us out saying that they want to setup for dinner, we advised him that we were finishing off and he stood there infront of us and waited for us to stand up which was very very rude. You do not do that when youre in the hospitality field i am a paying customer just like anybody else and i deserved to be treated with the same respect.None of them came to check on us if all was well because we also ordered a few drinks from them, Only a girl called THATO took care of us and kept checking if all is well.The other lady kept walking slow and showing us that shes tired and she will not be running for us.im not even going to talk about the rest of the evening. All im saying is that they dont even know who we are and whether we can refer people to come visit your place. If youre the owner and youre reading this please be careful of the staff that will make your business go down the drain because of their stinking attitude.

We loved the place..theres peace of mind,the cleanliness is 100%,even the stuff members are very good people we would love to come back again..

This is honestly a great place to call s hoke away from home the staff is super friendly they wash your clothes and offer you room service daily

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Place is sparkling clean and beautiful, but sadly we had to shower with cold water our hole stay, theres only 1 mat when you get out the shower no mat by the toilet, wifi connection is very poor and no air con in the room we were in, it was abit cold. But i would go back to the place and maybe have another room im sure it would be better.

Its a very nice place to be everything is there but only some terms are not highlighted for instance, I booked for 3 days invited two friends, we bought meat alcohol drove back to the place. Only to find out you have to pay for you to be able to braai you own meat. Come on what is that?? After paying so much you still want payment on my meat aah... I found that very offending and hurtful... otherwise its a chilled beautiful place

Service wasnt great. Had to repeatedly call in to remind about towels. The tea and coffe station lacked milk and spoons. There seemed to be no policy around public disturbances. The neighbouring guests were drinking just outside our unit until well after 10 pm. I had to call reception to remind them that other guests need to sleep.

Beautiful experience and I surely recommend it to every one. Its super peaceful... 😜

Rooms are clean , beautiful outside , furnitures are broken , toilet very clean , staffs are very cooperative , breakfast was worse at least a morning breakfast require to be well but it wasnt.

No heating available in mid winter! NO TV working! And limited hot water.Room cleanliness was good however would appreciate a refund for a substandard stay.

I very rarely give any organisation a 5 star rating but I really could not find fault with this superb accommodation. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious and their rates are extremely reasonable.

This place is a good getting 5 star guest house for both local and international tourist. It has a well maintained swimming pool and its in close proximity to the biggest shipping mall in pretoria. Their prices are very moderate too

We had a workshop there in late November. The room was like an oven and the aircon was not working. The set-up was in a u-shape with no table cloths on the tables - i last concentrated as much on keeping my knees together when I lunched with my mother at the Carlton Hotel in Joburg. The lunch served in the garden was a redeeming factor - the garden, not the food.

Very cosy, neatly kept place. I enjoyed the breakfast and the customer service. The rooms are well cleaned and have all amenities needed for a weekend stay. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful to sit and relax in.

Three years ago I stayed in this hotel at Pretoria City South Africa (1 hrs 30 mins approx drive from Johannesburg intl Airport) and I found it tidy, cozy and environment friendly. Staff was courteous but Muslim (halal) food wasnt there. Overall wonderful experience.

Not a good experience last night. Dinner was below standard. Lots of noise from guests after 11h00 pm. Had to call reception to request them to lower the noise. Again lots of noise after 1h30 in the morning. All I can say what a night and long day I had today. R Nelson
