Attended a wedding at the venue and it was lovely! The scenery, all the beautiful plants and trees made for a great venue! The food was delicious and the staff were amazing!! Lovely experience all round.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Pheasant Hill! Pieter is very accomodating and ensured everything went smoothly even with postponements due to National lockdown.We could not have hoped for a better venue and wedding!!

First of all the venue is truly beautiful! Deepa and I saw this venue and within the first five minutes of seeing the venue we chose it as our wedding venue! The entire venue, from the chapel to the reception hall was incredible! Nothing comes close to how beautiful this place is! It’s incredibly beautiful!This venue makes you feel as if you’re escaping South Africa and have travelled off to Italy or France! It is truly amazing!Secondly and most importantly is Pieter! Pieter was the reason our wedding went off without any problems! He ensured us that he would take care of every little thing we wanted and he exceeded all our expectations! This man is truly incredible and he kept both Deepa and myself calm throughout all the planning. The place is absolutely astonishing, pure balm for the soul with beautiful exterior and interior arrangements! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and even if you are a vegetarian and a vegan, you have a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend!

The venue is clean and pleasant, with attention to interior design - a bit too colonial for my taste. I prefer natural and sustainable finishes, and a menu that caters for vegan or vegetarian diets, but I understand that catering for individual preferences is difficult for a music concert with a set menu.

Attended a day workshop at Pheasant Hill. It was during the cold snap and the venue was very, very cold. The refreshments were also laid out in a manner that was quite inaccessible and resulted in long queues.
