They acted as an agent(Pebblestone Properties Group) for Mr De Vries owner of Vries Haven in Hatfield Pretoria then when paid 12 months rental changed after 9 months saying we dont have a lease agreement and they not an agent just looking out for Mr De Vries property. Annatjie Botha and Gerrard jnr Botha are the people running this company.I was away for a week when I came back to my surprise my amplifier and Dvd was gone. when i asked what happened the owner told me he took the sound cause there were complaints of noise and didnt receive all his money from agency. Water meters were installed for us to pay for our own water without informing us. Now water is prepaid at this place. They were very rude, disrepectful towards me on emails hanging up on phone calls.The management of the place is very bad with no communication and accommodating of people. I had a 12 months agreement but they terminated my lease the matter now sits with lawyers. Be careful doing business with this people at this agency very toxic people with no personality. The place is Vries Haven, Hatfield, Pretoria im still waiting for my last two months rental which i was robbed by the people in question but evicted illegally.
