No lift. And there is 8 flight of stairs to get to the top floor. Not elderly or child friendly.

Simple flats built some years ago, neatly kept and maintained, spacious duplex setup, no lifts just steps and maximum upfloors. The area around is modest and restuarants and some shops within half a kilometre range dont use card payments but only cash payment.
