A well managed and neat complex in a desirable suburb of Pretoria East.

One of the best complexes that i have lived in. The caretaker is always on duty and maintenance is a high priority in this estate. The complex has double security - boomed at the main estate entrance and access controlled at the complexs entrance. The complex is very quiet and people follow the rules.

I did some handyman work here and these units are very neat inside. The security in the complex is really something to be commended and the one way driveway in and out is a very good idea.
