Even though Covid 19 has imposed restrictions on rendering of services, officials at Tshwane South work out of the Ordinary to ensure that visitors there are serviced to their satisfaction. I visited on a Friday afternoon to submit documents and enquiry about a series of services and left a satisfied soul. Hats off to a security officer on duty on that afternoon and his supervisor who both ensured that coordination was done with each and every unit in line with the needs of each one of us, the visitors that day. Thanks once more.

Such a horrible place to visit. Staff do as they please. You get there 30min before knock off time and you told we are closed. I wish people in this place can re-evaluate their purpose of being there
I am trying to get information about homeschooling and am failing. i have sent emails with no response, i am calling the numbers on the website and there is no answer. this is just nonsense.
This is a Government place & the building has 8 floors. If you know who you need to see it is less complicated. The majority of people are really friendly & helpful. It is one of the biggest arms of the Department of Education in Gauteng & therefore, the officials are very busy.
