Good security, management of kompleks need to update the roads and do some maintance. Its a good complex though the parking can be an issue for guests sometimes. Water restrictions have meant that alot of the gardens have been removed. Maybe invest in some potted plant features?

Complex is not new but units is spacious. Caretaker is a bit of a pain in the a... To much rules and regulations. Complex is well looked after. It is a safe complex.

Worst 8 months of our life! Yes we actually cancel our lease early. Avoid this complex at all cost if you want to live happily and in peace. Also the parking situation is awful! For the lower numbered units, 1-50ish there are only 4 parking spots. Guest end up having to walk from the top of the complex all they way down. Kids are everywhere, screaming and shouting. And they play with rocks and harmful items. One of our windows got chipped and a neighbors unit got thrown with eggs one evening. Complaining is pointless as nothing of any use gets done about it. Teenagers have zero respect for other peoples units and privacy and will sit on the walls and look into your unit or sit right underneath your open bedroom window and blast music. For some reason the security guards are afraid to say anything to them and instead just ignore the complaints. If you end up here, I hope its under new management as it really needs it.
