I was constantly updated on the ETA of the components of the build and when payment was made I collected my PC that same day.They have also repaired 2 of my old PCs in the past, always with outstanding speed and service.I highly recommend Titan Ice and any person interested in computers should make use of their service!

What fantastic service from Titan-Ice Computers! I ordered a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds plus on Wednesday evening online.  Payment was made via EFT at midday on Thursday, and the earbuds were delivered to my son in Cape Town on Friday morning at 10am!!!  We were kept informed every step of the way via email. The price was better than any other companies I would have dealt with if it wasnt for my son telling me about Titan-Ice. Delivery was R140 arranged by them through The Courier Guy. I cannot sing their praises highly enough and that of Johan Naude. Thank you Titan-Ice Computers for making this shopping experience 10/10. Highly recommended.

I had a really pleasant experience here. Although it was early morning and quiet, the gentleman behind the counter helped me and also gave me advice on where to buy items they didnt have in stock. He could have easily told me to come back to him when they had restocked.Prices at the store are also quite reasonable.

Recently went to the Titan-Ice store to purchase a Logitech G Pro Superlight but unfortunately had to return the unit within 2 days.Thankfully the personal at Titan-Ice understood the issue that I was having with the mouse and within 5 minutes of testing agreed that it was a factory fault.I was extremely worried at first, as I can almost guarantee that if I had bought the mouse anywhere else and explained the same issue, it would have probably turned into a big argument, but again because the person understand the products that they are selling and how they should be operating, this was resolved instantly.A few minutes later after some quick paper work, I was out the door with a brand new Logitech G Pro Superlight, which is working as intended now and extremely happy with.Thank you Titan-Ice and to your staff.

Retarded After sales support. They drag out 7 days cooldown period.1. Emailing the RMA people, I had to beg them for information, all they said was send it surely he knows his job is to do 1 thing...2. rage expo, item box was given to me damaged, sales rep just shoved me away.3. power supply bought at rage expo smoked as i plugged it in there, even with a few witnesses, the sales rep refused that such a thing happened because he tested it and it switched on.4. mouse only lasted 1 year coincidentally after a few days of warranty expiration.5. received goods that were opened and was attempted to be closed with masking tape over the original seal.6. HDD bought underperforms, they scan for bad sectors and do a simple test of which none of the problems that I listed were even tested. literally my 5 year old 5400rpm drive has never once frozen. neither has the duplicate of the mentioned drive i bought elsewhere (3 years ago). and yet they want to convince me nothing is wrong, that i bought a godly tuned drive and their one is the standard.

Extremely poor return policy and rude staff. No returns if you have opened up the box, like really, for a USB device? Would definitely not buy there again, considering the price is a lot higher than other local shops (only bought here because it had stock). If you care about warranty and returns stay away. (Better hope your item works when you take it out of the box, or if you can magically test it before opening the box). Returns or refund policy is in NOT even closely line with the CPA.

You honestly cannot go wrong with these guys. Stunning service delivery and support. They are incredibly quick to respond and go above and beyond to get your order out as efficiently as possible.I was phoned the morning of my order pick-up (during lock-down mind you) to be asked if the smaller items I order could be placed in my new PC case to avoid the hassle of multiple packages. Although Titan Ice is a good and reliable shop for all your various needs, they are losing a lot of customers with their new Covid-19 policy.When one customers is being assisted. The rest have to stand outside in a que waiting for the person infront to finish with his browsing of their wide selection. Understandable as it might be given the current situation we as a country are facing, i unfortunately believe that this can not be the best solution.The possibility of sacrificing a paying customer for a client who just want to browse and leave is too big.Suggestions would be to open the store and regulate the amount of people in the store at one time.We as customers are standing outside in close proximity trying to huddle into the slither of shade next to the building just to get to the same counter touch the same surface, thus in itself can not be a reasonable solution to crowd and contact control.

After experiencing what other pc stores have to offer i felt compelled to give Titan ice a better score, compared to what else is out there titan is a gem. Especially if you can get your hands on Richard, very nice guy and fast delivery. As with other stores though you might struggle to claim your warranty.

I want to start off by saying that their staff is very friendly and have a lot of knowledge about their products, but unfortunately Ive had a stream of bad experiences with a sale from them.After buying parts for a PC to the value of R28000 directly in the retail store, I went home to build the PC for a clients sons birthday. Upon finishing the build the PC would not post, with the CPU light on for the post debug. At first I thought this might be due to it being a 9th gen ready motherboard with an older bios. I returned the built PC to them where they offered to flash the bios using an older CPU for free which was much appreciated. Unfortunately upon their further inspection they found that the motherboard had bent pins and they couldnt determine if it was user damage or not. Now Ive built more than 20 PCs and have never damaged any parts ever and I was especially cautious with this build as I was given only 2 days to complete it. In the end I had to buy a new motherboard out of my own pocket and they were at least kind enough to send it to the manufacturer to see what they could arrange. The manufacturer, after 2 weeks, then replaced the motherboard with a brand new one still sealed and everything, at first I thought this was good news but Titan Ice then refused to give any refund for that board even though it was brand new.While waiting for feedback for the motherboard I went back to the store interested in buying a microphone. I had asked them if I could possibly test the mic or if I could bring it back after testing it for the evening. Their answer was that you can only refund it for in store credit if the package hadnt been opened yet. So if I wasnt happy with the quality of the mic I would not be able to return it.This all seems mildly fair, but in their store, they have a big sign that reads about how important the customer is and how theyd be nothing without the customer, unfortunately this was not my experience. Again the staff were very friendly and gave their best service.

Went to Titan Ice to purchase a ASUS USB-N10 NANO Wireless-N150 Adapter. After finding it in the store I went to the counter to find the worst customer service ever. The man working there, short-ish with thinning dark hair, just stood there leaning against the desk starring at me holding the adapter and bank card in hand. After a few very awkward minutes have passed i asked if I could please pay for it, after which he came to the till and was very short off in conversation. I will in future rather drive a greater distance for a better customer service.
