WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, EVERY WAKING SECOND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF WOW MY LAPTOP IS DEFINITELY GONE, IVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED AND SO ON ,THE MAN NEVER CALLS TO LET YOU KNOW WHETHER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR NOT OR SIMPLY TO UPDATE YOU ON WHATS GOING ON HE HAS SUCHPOOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS , THE PHONE CAN RING FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND HE STILL WONT CALL YOU BACK. HE ONLY EMAILS YOU TWICE WITH THE QUOTE AND FOR THE COLLECTION DETAILSHONESTLY THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY , I MEAN HE CHARGES VAT ON EVERY SINGLE THING. IN CONCLUSION DONT LET THE WEBSITE FOOL YOU THIS IS A TYPICAL ROADSIDE ESTABLISHMENT RAN BY inadequacy incarnate , DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT RELIABLE SERVICE , YOU WILL DIE.

Didnt have a good experience as I could never get ahold of them and customer communication is non-existent, I didnt even know my laptop was repaired and it just arrived to my house. They did not put my laptop back together properly and they refuse to take a look at it. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend t anyone
