I would recommend this to anyone looking to by a new computer or components. As a first time time buyer my experience with them was amazing. This is definitely not my last time shopping with them.

Good environment get everything regarding laptops even on order

I really wished I read the reviews before ordering from them. I order an item online and to my surprise after contacting them the next day I was informed that the items will take 4 to 8 weeks. No one took any responsibility and my money was refunded. I was instructed that I’ll have all my money back in my account by Thursday, well it’s Thursday and I don’t have my money and on top of everything they are not picking up there phones.

Had the best experience with a MSI laptop, firstly Jason is on the ball and quickly replies to email queries. Purchased and collected a MSI laptop within 2 hours of emailing him. Sadly the screen on the initial laptop had a slight defect, they gave me a new laptop the very next day. Now that is service you cannot beat!!!

I was in URGENT need of a new motherboard for my workstation and after failing to secure a purchase with 6 other online stores Laptop SA went the extra mile to source and collect a specific motherboard for me. The service was great from everyone involved in securing the motherboard.

My dealings with The Notebook company and Laptopsa have been shocking. There was dishonesty lies and then arrogance and attitude from Jason. When I wanted to escalate it to Chris Reilly he refused to take my call or answer my emails, My recommendation is buy elsewhere as they warrant -5 stars in my book

Very disappointing service, Ordered a battery on Tuesday the 11th and still waiting today Monday the 17th. On the site it said 2-3 days delivery and when I called they said the incorrect battery was collected from the supplier. It was then exchanged on Friday the 14th. I was told I will receive it by 9am on Monday then was told it would be delivered at 10:30. It is now 11:05?
