Very poor service. Booked my tv box in for repairs, called them 2 weeks later just for an update. 1st time speaking to them he took the sticker nr, didnt hear from him after few hours I called back. He asked for the sticker nr again cauz he never wrote it down so he couldnt give any feedback. Got back to me and said the tv box is still in store and never sent in for repairs

Hifi corp wonderpark has the worst custmoer service ever. went over the weekend to activate account. waited for an hour and a half for the lady to help us. went agai today to pick my stuff up and the lady told me that i need a tv licence. which i understand but as a first time buyer of a tv she should habe told me over the weekend. she is also very rude to her customers. this will be the last time i will buy from you guys again.

Waiting in the finance department for more than an hour, and only one lady who seems to be working, the other 1 is having headphone on and no one even bothers to explain why we having to wait this long.

I used to buy most of my electronics here. But Im never coming back. Been waiting for my plasma tv for the past 10 days. Poor customer service. You dont take your customers serious. They dont even answer phone calls. Please avoid this store if you want great service.

Worst experience!!! Bought a soundbar at Wonderpark hifi cop in September, only started using in on 9th November and on the 16th the the subwoofer stopped working. 17th November i got it replaced and on the 27th the second one stopped working. Got to the store and had to sit for an hour before being assisted and waited another 30 minutes for them to look for another, only to be told that there are none in store. So dissapointed at the poor service especially by the managers who did not even seem to care. Also starting to doubt if there products are authentic.

Good day all. I had the worse experience of my life. No customer service at all. Went to Hi-Fi Corp on Friday 25-10-2019 wanted to take out a Vodacom phone contract. Sat there from 15h00 to 17h00. At first no one knew the system to help me. when they at last found someone that can work their system I was informed the system was down. A promise was made they will phone me on saturday morning to confirm. No call backs was received. After I phoned in 4 times to get results I was told the system is still down and they will come back to me Monday morning. Same story took place as was on Saturday. Today is Thursday 31 October 2019 and still no callbacks or results. Seems like the workers are not trained for customer services or just plain lazy to do the job they are getting paid for. Rather go straight to a cellphone provider if you need service. Hi-Fi Corporations customer service sucks

I bought my tv there and it was the cheapest in the whole of South Africa, I love deals and dont ask me how I found out about HiFi corp, I did a proper search which all great deal lovers would have done.

Ive been going to this store for some years and getting serivce is rare, takelot is cheaper and better stocked.

The service was bad the worst even, came in to exchange a mere Bluetooth speaker (Volcano) had to wait more than 30minutes. Then after I was required to leave the speaker behind for 21 days of check up. Really now!!!! The worst I just want my money back. !!!!!! Its a pity this app does not allow me to post without rating Nxa!!!!
