Its just the normal cash crusaders experience...but they could improve.I once bought headsets there and the set werent complete and I know its part of my responsibility to check if I got the complete setbut fact that they sold me an incomplete product makes me insecure about buying there

Disappointment is an understatement. I work in retail and I appreciate customer service as much as I personally give it.3 occasions I visited the store to purchase PS4 games. On the first occasion I went there to purchase and from taking an empty cover on the floor then wabting to purchase it to bring told that they do not have it in stock, with no effort of looking for it. That I understood due to mismanagement of inventory.Second occasion went to purchase a game, which I took from the floor and I was told that they cant find the game yet again with no effort and arrogance of them looking to find it. Which I do not understand is why are stock being put on the floor of they are not technically thereToday I did the same thing with the same outcome, where I was told they do not know where it is and it was possibly stolen or misplaced. Its frustrating first to receive bad service even though I honestly do not expect it there however it wouldve been nice to get it and for the same issue to occurs on 3 occasions makes me question the store and its managent, especially where there is a dont care attitude involved. It felt as if due to the store being predominantly black and my self being black too. Im not allowed/meant to complain as a customer.Cash crusaders as a whole has dropped in standard, considering I went there with my family a lot as child but now its just sad. They are dropping the ball!

Bought a second hand laptop in July,as a student I needed a laptop for my studies.It got stuck and started heating up and the projector pot didnt function.Brought it back today and its exam time now,but I was told there is no other alternative for me,I have to wait for it to be fixed.Am so frustrated cos I have three exams coming next week and there just said there is nothing they can do about it I need to wait till its fixed.
