So I googled what time Starbucks opens in Brooklyn mall and it said 7:00am so I went inside at 7:21 and was rudely addressed from the staff saying they only open at 7:30. It really makes a difference how you approach you customers and there were a few more customers who felt the same way. Can they then please change the times on google to say 7:30 so that we don’t have to be treated in such way.

Nice place. The service was good and friendly and we got our orders quickly. Not the best coffee ever but worthwhile. The atmosphere is really nice and its a really nicely designed, spacious spot. Id recommend going here, its one of the better Starbucks Ive been to.

If you want to be productive come and get coffee here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was using an Entertainer app coupon and usually staff get a bit annoyed (though they never say anything) dealing with them and the held up queue behind them but I got no indication of that at all. I even struck up a happy conversation with the man helping me. Great cheese cake as well! I would highly recommend!

As a business owner I find it unacceptable when an employee treats customers in the manner we were treated.We approached the doors at around 20:30 and an employee was standing in the doorway, we asked her if they are still open, seeing the customers still seated inside. Without reply she shut the door in our faces and walked to the counter. The store hours are clearly indicate that this Starbucks is open until 21:00.Now enjoying a lovely coffee at a nearby restaurant that also operates until 21:00.

This is a trendy and well designed coffee shop at Brooklyn mall, part of the internationally iconic Starbucks coffeehouse chain. It is located on Design Square between the other vibrant restaurants and coffee shops. The shop is big with various types of seating inside and outside. Perfect to take your laptop and work, or grab a couch area with your friends. The staff are very friendly and the menu is constantly changing with limited edition drinks, for example for the holidays or limited edition halloween drinks. Used my Starbucks rewards app to get our drinks, was super easy and convenient. Plus it was an added bonus to earn some exclusive rewards points! Will definitely be going back to see what surprises are on the menu now and enjoy the all round good vibes.

If youve never been to a Starbucks youre missing out, even more so here. The staff are awesome, not to mention their coffees, frappuccinos (if youve a sweet tooth try their Strawberries & Cream frappuccino) and food. What sets this particular venue apart for me is that the staff remember their return customers and treat them like friends (lets be honest, who doesnt like walking into their favorite coffee shop and be greeted by name).Keep an eye out for Dr. Duck and Obekeng behind the counter, those gents are on point💪🏼

The coffee shop is located in Design Square, Brooklyn Mall. Its amongst the restaurants. Great service from staff. Theres plenty of parking available since its located in a mall. Theres plenty of seats both inside and outside, even on a busy day I still do manage to find a seat.

Really bad service. We had to wait for someone to come and clean the table we wanted to sit at. They never called us to come and collect our coffees and the staff working there were chatting to each most of the time rather than helping customers. Not buying there again.

Ordered a Toffee Nut Latte and it just tasted like a regular latte, no toffee, no nut.

Good coffee and good internet. But the staff is *exceptionally* loud and obnoxious, so much so that you cant hear your own conversations on the other side of the room.
