Excellent customer service, friendly staff and great experience overall!They contacted me after I e-mailed them about getting my wedding dress dry-cleaned. I had a lot of questions and concerns as my dress has a lot of detail and beading on it. They assured me that they will be careful and take care of it. After this I took my dress in and they cleaned it. They were in communication with me the whole time they had my dress and kept sending me updates and pictures of my dress. I collected my dress a few days after handing it in and am truly happy with the end result. My dress is clean and in a good condition. Well done to the team at Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry. We had a suit and coat cleaned here recently. All the buttons on the suit and the coat were damaged (scratched and chipped). We returned the items with a complain. the store owner only phoned us back after 3 days. he said that he would investigate. after 3 weeks we contacted him again, and still he could not provide us with an answer as to what happened. he then opted to fix/replace all the buttons. when we collected our items - the buttons were not replaced, but repainted. I will never use this dry cleaners again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. They dont care or respect your belongings.

Simply the best and highly recommended! Took my wedding dress and husbands suit to be cleaned. The dress looks brand new!!! The service we received was excellent and friendly from the first Facebook message up to the collection!! Thank you so so much and keep up the good work!!!

I will never ever go back! got my dress back dirty and full of hair. This place had great difficulty in tailoring my dress and they definitely didnt treat my dress with care or kept it clean at their store. Tailoring measurements were done in the dirty store kitchen and super small bathroom. I Did not ask This company to clean my dress as it was brought in clean and brand new with its Price tagg on, but after receiving it back i had to take it to another dry cleaning company to clean. Owner phoned me from a private number to take down my review! Not acceptable.

Its worth noting that if you want to do alterations here, there is no mirror or change room available. I had to go back twice to get my garment and it still wasnt altered on one side and ended up having to take it to another store.The staff were friendly though.

The lady working in there with the stenciled-on-eyebrows (claimed to be the owner) was incredibly aggressive and rude. After I confronted her about it I asked for tape measure to measure the curtains we’d had her alter - she said she didn’t have one...Really? In a laundromat? Exceptionally poor service!(In response to the owner’s reply below.)Regarding the quality of the work? You and I both know the curtains were off by 2-3cm at various points from the requested length of 105cm. You even told me I could bring them back free of charge to have them corrected if they hung incorrectly. They did hang incorrectly, but I am not going to endure your virulent attitude for one minute more than necessary. We took them to a different laundromat.Yes, you did give me a tape measure. After I asked you the exact same question I asked in my review “Really? No tape measure? In a laundromat?”It amazes me that you are trying to spin this whole story and blatantly LYING to try and salvage your image. If you spent half the effort you do on trying to convince others of your decent customer service and invested that effort in actually practicing good customer service, it would never have been necessary for me to do this nasty review. Nobody likes having to write a review like this...but the service received by you was by far the worst we’ve experienced in years.I really hope you treat other customers better in future.
