I had a very bad experience. Gave in four curtains for shortening. Upon getting it from them, theyve asked for a cash payment.When back home, I found that two curtains were shortened according to the correct measurements, another one was longer than the first two and they didnt touch the fourth one.My husband phoned them and they offered to pay back half of the money into his bank account. More than a month later no payment was made, only promises.Their excuse about damage by a previous tailor is simply not true and we already called regarding a remedy, which they did not comply to.

Took 4 curtains to be shortened. Clear instructions were given. End result was 2 curtains 1cm longer, 1 curtain 2.5 cm longer and 1 curtain not even touched. They agreed to refund me for at least 2 curtains, but after several promises no refund yet. Will not recommend them at all.Check out all the negative reviews on Hellopeter.STAY AWAY!!!!

What an absolute DISGRACE with the quality of work. They do not have a clue on how to stitch or cut patterns. Lots of professional talk by Grey, but when it needs to be produced, all the excuses under the sun. Wants money before, does not give receipts, cant be spoken to, does not reply on calls. Paid just to get my seats back. Sent them to a reputable upholsterer with great results. What a waste of hard earned money!!!A complete nightmare of an operation. I asked tokkie to sew an item for me. However when I went to collect the item on the date we agreed on they had not even started on my item, I would call multiple times with no answer. Eventually I did receive my item but 2 or 3 weeks after the deadline.They now say we have never done busines however here is the thank you text the send when they eventually do the work

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I urge you not to take your business here. I dont understand how this shop is still operating with such terrible customer service. The worst I have ever experienced in my life. The owner apologized after I pressured him, I refused to accept his apology. Utterly disgusted by his behavior and treatment to me as a customer. I see I am not alone here.I understand it has been lockdown and restrictions have been applied. I had been patient. But for you to tell me my goods are complete and I can collect even before lockdown, only to find after Level 3 is applied, my Bike Jacket and shoes were not complete. LIES!!! I had to park my car outside your shop and sit there for 2 full days just to get the shoes done and all my goods back. I paid additional courier fees of R99 before level 5 was applied and you gave empty promises, only to find out my goods are not complete even before lockdown was applied. You lied to me. You owe me a refund of R349.00 which is now 10 days over due according to the credit note I forced you to write down and put down a due date of 6/6/2020. You still fail to honour such a date written and recorded on voice. I have been sending you communication and no response (not surprised). You continue to live up to your name as a bad business even after all this trauma.

Warning. People beware of this company.Scammers and dishonest!!!!!!!In November I gave in my couches for new leather. A set that cost me R22000. ( 3 seater, 2 seater, 1 seater). I paid in full for the couches to be redressed.I was promised delivery before 12 December. There was excuses of loadshedding etc. I understood the challenges they were facing.Its been 3 months now and Im still waiting for my couches to be delivered. This was what I paid for. Up to know theres excuses that it is getting redressed. I mean for 3 months now? This is ridiculous.I cant seem to have any other theory that my couches and the money I paid in full for redressings was stolen. There cant be any other explanation seeing that I dont receive feedback when my couches is being delivered.Do not be scammed by these people.I edit my original post.Couches was collected on 29 November, where delivery was promised by 12 December.Its 3 months and still excuses. You can not have loadshedding problems and dressing problems and pattern problems for 3 months.R4500 was paid to fix the couches.Owner phoned me and promised delivery by 28 February. This Friday.Will keep posted if the promised has been made.

I gave them expensive fabric and a pattern. They stole both. After a fight they gave a few scraps of the fabric, but the pattern is still missing. A previous time they took more than three months to make a simple pair of pants with elasticized waste, no pockets, no zip. When I finally collected it, it was still wrong. The quality of their work is shocking and pathetic.

Terrible dressmaker. I showed him a picture of the exact dress that I wanted and he promised to make it to my exact specification. It came out looking like nothing I had asked for. In fact, he managed to create an entirely new design. He also claimed that the dress was made according to my exact measurements but it does not fit well and is too loose for my body. The designer is also very hard to get hold of on the phone, and is often times very rude when you eventually do. Please do not waste your time and money. You would sooner buy a ready-made outfit in a store than enlist his services.

Untrustworthy, Gray promised to send someone to service of my Industrial pleater at my premises; kept me on a line for three days. Then tell me on the 4th day I have to bring it to them.
