The service was just fine. Nothing extraordinary. Just your day to day transaction. Enjoyed the wings. Freshly prepared and would definitely have them again.

Neat, clean and safe outlet. Service was quick and efficient. Bought the new dunked burger meal, which was quite average. It did not pack a punch or a kick of flavor at all, as compared to what you might expect given the way the burger appears in the pictures. It is also pretty small, but the chips help to make you full. Won’t be buying this meal again, given the price of R55, will definitely try something else and see.

Well there is no other KFC in the area so I am forced to use this very very pattetic outlet. They most of the time dont have in stock what they advertize on the menu and if you get something you wait half and hour to 45 min for tour order and take note then the shop front is empty.

Very clean and tidy. The service is good and fast, also has free wifi. It is located right in the center of Sunnyside and is close to Sunny Park mall and other shops.

Wont even give them 1 star. Worst service. Had to wait an hour or my delivery. Phoned their customer care line to find out where my order was, very helpful service guy, but even though he had the shop manager phone me back, no help. Manager blamed KFCs IT department. Wont even mention the horrible attitude of the delivery person. When the delivery was finally made, this is what we received.. (Large ships ordered left, reg chips with streetwise 5, right) Cold food and still raw chips.

I waited 40 minutes for my order and they helped 4 people, that arrived after me, faster.They dint give us any condiments or napkins.I would not recommend them because of the slow service they provided.

I wish they could improve on customer care.After a customer is done eating they should make a follow-up and clean the tables.

There last time I was there I was having a wild night after a house warming at my place and when we got there at 05h00am, the place was very cold with doors open and the air-conditioning systems also on cold.Either than that their chicken was well cooked and their Zinger Wings were on point. Which made up got the slow service. It was amazing to know that their 24hrs service was real and not just for show.The only thing I dont get about all KFCs though, is why can you only order specific things and not everything on their menu almost all the time. If it is not the chicken, it is the burgers & then the twisters.Anyway thats is for them to fix.

Everything else about this place is great the Service is fast, the food is great, however someone needs to teach your cashiers how to speak to customers. There is nothing worse than a cranky cashier. The standard I service i recieve at any other KFC should be the same service I recieve here. As a customer its only fair I ask questions and as a sales person its your job to answer them

Located just across the Street from Sunnypark shopping Centre and Office Block, KFC Sunnyside is located at the corner of 2 of Sunnysides busiest streets. The One from Johannesburg or OR Tambo International Airport and the one one from or to Pretoria City Centre. Next to it is another restaurant...Hookah and across the street (previously called Esselen) is McDonalds restaurant. Parking space may be a challenge but they serve very good food. Their staff is dedicated and serve with a smile. Apparently there is very little sitting space as they have only a few chairs and tables. Generally, it is a convenient Restaurant to buy food and refresh ones hunger.

This branch is a disgrace... Are the staff or customers to blame? However they have recently been fou d guilty of using pork in there Sauces and still posting fraudulent halaal certificates...
