I received the worst service at this store. As a Samsung Product lover, I have supported Samsung by buying only Samsung Branded appliances for my home, I did not know that one day I would ever experience the type of service I had today. First, I had to wait almost 1hour to be assisted because the only person who works with repair is on lunch. I value my time, and it was a hard decision to put my time on hold, time I will never get again, just to wait to be assisted. Secondly, the lady returns from Lunch and I explain my concerns about the problem I have with my Samsung Active Watch 2. It was at first upsetting, but later thinking about it, it was a sad situation. With my frustration about my concerns I have with my Product, the lady started telling me how shes sorry about the wait, but shes entitled to Lunch. She later tells me she cant help me with my concerns as she is just an employee. Shes just doing her Job. Samsung is a brand represented by its employees, if people are just employed to do as their told and not come up with solutions to keep their customers happy, I am worried about the direction the brand is taking. After such a service from a brand representative, I will never find myself approaching this store nor buy anymore Samsung Brand. Truly disappointed

A zero star rating would be more appropriate. The manager Pule was incredibly rude. When I asked him what his name was he said to also mention in my complaint that he was the branch manager. Incredibly arrogant and not willing to help in any way. He literally simply refused to help me, saying that they only sell products and that I had to go to a service center in order for someone to assist me. I have a S20+ that does not want to charge through a cable or wirelessly. I also have Samsung Care+. I thought this store was supposed to assist with fixing the device because of this insurance, but Pule assured me that they did not need to assist me in any way

Definitely not costumer service orientated, they dont do repairs/neither will bother helping with a quote and not really willing to help with after sales service. Vodacom was willing to help and gave me an quote as i wanted, in the future i will not be supporting Samsung again.

So in Samsung theres a vodacom outlet. The gentleman behind the desk is not a peoples person or should I say not brown peoples person. Needless to say, there was an altercation. The staff recovered well though and for that I am moving my star rating to 3. They dont deserve to be published because of one racist individual. Will be contacting vodacom next.

I had to give up my seat to the people infront of me because we were waiting and standing for over 45 min while the rest of the employees just stood there...the manager just stared looking angry and whipped his head walking away. I gave up and went to new world and was helped under 5 minutes. Dont recommend these lazy unfriendly pretentious people at all.

I am appalled by the poor customer service that I received from the technician at the Menlyn Samsung store.I was told to visit the store such that the technician could evaluate the yellow screen problem that I had reported.I was not greeted and personal phone calls were answered whilst I was communicating my issue.I expect better from Samsung.

Called them twice at 09h00, the person on the other side sounds exhausted and uninterested already. Transferred my call twice and both times it was dropped before I could talk to anyone. I want to buy something from them but Im already reconsidering. Ill call one last time before I move on.Edit: It turns out this is New World, not Samsung.

Pule was friendly and helpful in assisting me with an internal filter for a fridge and even followed up later that evening to ensure that the filter is correct and functional.

Very poor customer service. I dont know of the staffs are always upset before resuming or its the environment that upsets them cos theyre never cheerful. The worse part is the technician, wish I knew his name. He speaks rudely and didnt even sort out an issue I had with my new Samsung phone which I bought in less than 3months. Id suggest they get a professional to train the staffs about customer relationship cos they will make people avoid their store.

If I could give it minus stars I would. Most unfriendly, unhelpful staff especially the technician. Was not interested in even looking at my cell phone trying to convince me that the problem is a third party application although it was an Samsung application that gave me problems. Also tried to convince me that the website was outdated and that the technology I was using no longer existed when it clearly did. Vodaworlds Samsung staff helped me and got my phone working. Honestly do not believe that this shop serves any customer in the way they should. This is my second visit to the shop and clearly nothing has changed.

Lack of product knowledge and no will to find out. I walked in and wanted to know if Samsung DEX is supported on the Note 10 Lite. They didnt know. I then tried to leave the sales person my number so that they could call and let me know - but they wouldnt take it.

I was thinking of taking my phone here for a damage report and quote, but they said it takes them 48 hours to be able to see what is wrong with your phone. This is ridiculous. I just cant believe people are taking their equipment here to get fixed. How long does that take?I am rather going to take my phone to a place where the people know what they are doing.

This store have no idee about customer service. And the customer service consultant is rude and do not want to help you in any we. Today Im not proud to say I have Samsung products!!!! With out even knowing what me problem was he just through my Samsung Galaxy Fit back to me and said I must go and read the small print of my warrenty. And then this store is also linked to New World Menlyn. I have ecpect much better and more professional service from them.

This peoples service is very poor. got transferred to 7 consultants before I could get help.i ended up talking to Never who could not assist at all. this is the only nearest shop to all of Limpopo residence but I was told I have to bring my phone to the store they dont collect. and still he could not tell me who to address the parcel to if I am to courier my phone. his statement was that he cant help me cause no one wants to account to a lost phone. why is he working there then cause all he has to do is to receive a phone from the courier and confirm receipt to the owner, if its lost then the issue will be between myself and the courier company. sometimes its to good to hire business minded people who will be able to leave by the business values.

Worst service i have ever experienced, useless staff, no clue how the products work what they sell. And no clue how to order any new chargers etc, dont bother phoneing them , all they do is lift the phone and then place it on the counter.... they dont talk to the customers.

Warranty! Whats the use of saying a product has warranty if you have to pay for repairs. They told us that it cost R350 to book my smartphone in. And the screen repair will cost R1700. Why the hell must I pay. They should not call it warranty. They told us that telkom is misleading customers into telling that the smartphone has warranty but theyre the ones misleading telkom.

My phones two J7s were booked in february i have been going there like crazy first excuse was the parts are out of stock now i was told the phones wr repaired on the 14th of April but still not delivered at the store. My question is if the phones were fixed why aint they being delivered. Something is not adding up. Samsung please you are letting us down i think its not fair af all.

Overall bad service , over inflated quotes .. they will promise to repair your device in 7days after you sign the papers they will take 3months to fix it and you wont have a say since you agreed to terms and condition by signing .. thats experience I had after taking my galaxy A7 2017.. by the way if you refuse the quote you still need to pay R200..

If i could this would be a -10000 stars. . . Absolutely horrific. I will NEVER in my life ever use this store for any service.Smart device was checked in to be fixed, and after 6 weeks no responce, even though they told me it would take only 2 weeks to fix. Started to phone in after 2 weeks that the device was checked in for response. No responce was given. Service people would promise to phone back with response but in 3 weeks I never recieved a single phone call. Even after talking to the manager.After a total of 6 weeks I went to pick up the device, got absolutely horrible service from all sales people. Most of the time when speaking. they couldnt find my device even.And after waiting for quite some time and excessive effort from my side, I finally got the device.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX THE DEVICE. Again this store will never see me again. You make the Samsung name bad. Please close down. Or get an entire new staff team with new manager to save this places name.Lazy people. Ridiculously horrible service and totaly unprofessional staff.

I bought J7 at Samsung Menlyn next to CNA on the 16/09/16, the phone is freezing since that day, i did took it took it back 3 days later & they told me to monitor it, after 5 days i took it back again & Vhonani said he will book it in...After 3 weeks without any update i went back to check it & he told me they guy never came to work since...He gave me the number to call word net myself, i did that & they told me same story that only one guy working & he is not at work, after 3 days they called me to come collect the phone to my surprise the phone was still freezing & Vhunani told me there is nothing they can do, that mins am paying for the phone that is not work? am really pissed off about this because how can Sumsung have only one person to check the phones ?my question is , did he even checked that phone?why is it still freeing if he did?
