Staff not friendly and not very helpful and extremely expensive. Can buy from game a brand new phone for cheaper than a second hand phone for nearly double the price. Would not recommend.

These people did a botched repair on my phone, with the incorrect screen, which broke the next day. I phoned the main branch, arranged for a refund after I had to pay again at the Huawei store to have it properly fixed, with the correct screen and frame replacement that Cell Fix also broke. They agreed to the refund only for me to arrive at the store and them to refuse refunding me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SNAKES, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Multi options, great prices

My battery(IPhone 6) could last for just over half a day when it was fully charged and i knew its time change it. Its health/maximum capacity was 88%. I went to CellFix (Gezina) before 6 pm (18/08/2020) and they put in a battery and i was told to charge it. I charged it and then switched it on, but to my surprise, the battery was draining very quickly; from 100% to 0% in under 5 minutes. Its health/maximum capacity is 4%. I think they put in a used battery from another customerShame on you ! You talk about TRUST, RELIABILITY, and TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE ?? You failed to uphold any of them.

Just a waste of money, took my phone for my lcd to get fixed got it back the screen turns white sometimes have to lock and unlock for it to work went back they told me it can be a software problem then I updated my software Im still sitting with the same problem , Seems like the tech doesnt know what his doing would never recomend them to anyone. Very disappointed

Communication is non existent, even if you phone them, and they say theyll call back. Nada. Nothing. You have to literally go to the store after days of no call backs and enquire BECAUSE no effort is made to contact a client. And bonus, phone still not fixed. And judging from the other reviews, I certainly wasted my time.

Bought a new phone and within 3 days it was faulty took it back and still waiting for the them to call me back and this is after numerous attempts to call them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service. 🤯😠

Horrible! Got a screen protector from them thats covering my camera making my pictures look blurry, i took it back they just wont give me my money back even though you can clearly see its the WRONG screen protector.

Wow. Im so impressed with the gentlemen and lady running /owning this shop. They are so curteous i felt quite ashamed of myself. I bought a speaker but it was not playing long enough. I went back with my usual learnt attitude of anticipating resistance and dishonesty. Its a bit rude and abrupt and accusing. Not pretty. The man assisting me had been so willing to exchange the speaker i was gobsmacked. However when i went back a second time. I know i know. I went in there and accused him of changing me a cheaper speaker. He remained utterly polite and friendly. No he said. Indeed see the size difference. Nou ja. He even changed it a third time when i finally said i wasnt happy with the sound quality. So yes. I strongly recommend these guys. And lady. For all your cellphone needs and gadgets and speakers of course. Sorry people for being so rude. And thank you i now have the perfect sound for a good price

If you know whats good for your phone dont fix it with these guys, my cracked screen was fixed within an hour paid the 2400 then within a month the screen had purple fluid which makes the phone blur, I took it back to them and guess what! They wanted me to 2100 again saying I damaged the phone

Once I took my Sony experia L1 to this store to have them replace my battery, a month later the better was worse than when I took it to the store, when I took it to another store in soshanguve crossing, they told me the back cover has never been removed, so the people at cell fix gezina charged me R500 to just keep my phone in the store for an hour, they even gave me a phony bettery to trick me into believing that they fixed it... These people are crooks,i went there to complain, they told me they did not remember me. And they dont have my slip. 😒😒
