I bought a MTN sim at PEP store yesterday and they didnt do a RICA on the sim. Today I took it to this store and they told me that I cant RICA this MTN sim at them but only at PEP. The staff at this store is not good communicators and not even suppose to work with public. I left that sim at the counter and will not use MTN again.
