Visiting the mall I thought it would be a good idea to use your services. But when I heard how an employee spoke to another I decided I will not surport you. Is these actions the norm or how is this handled. It makes me wonder how employees are treated. I wouldnt wanted to be treated the same as a customer.

The employees are friendly and helpful in assisting one with ones wants and requirements.

I wish I read the reviews first about their poor time management and bad polishing services.Told the young guy signing up cars that I only had 1 hour and he said not a problem hed make it happen. Took 1h45. When I asked him about it he just says, Almost done. Took this long even with all hands on deck. No apologies for being late.Even more disappointing was (1) seeing the paint polish marks afterwards, (2 ) the boot was not wiped out and still dusty, (2) no clean smell or air freshing as Ive gotten from all other car wash places and (4) dashboard etc not shiny with polish, so Im not even sure if it was done at all.This was their R250 all round service package. Compared to other R110 car washes this felt like a lot less value.

Paid R300 for a deep wash or something and my car was everything but, pathetic.

After asking not to open the car boot confirming it and again reiterating it they go and do exactly the opposite! Poor service and Arrogant staff!! I will strongly advice not to use them!! Please see screenshot pic of their poor ratings. Never use them!

Had a small disappointment as to the quality of the wash . Sonica came to the rescue. She is amazing.

No attention to detail, polish left all over car and marks inside. Tried giving them two chances and both ended in disappointment.

Extremely SLOW service. Quality of wash is ok but nothing special, Ive found many missed areas in the past. The previous owners and company were a lot better. The last time I tried sparkling they told me that it would take 4 hours! Completely unacceptable and I dont want to hear that you are too busy, not my problem. Again, as I said, the previous company never had this issue.

Really good service, and their trading hours making it easy for many people. And the result of the car is always good.

Warning: This carwash seriously scratched my wifes car. They have been kind enough to cover the cost of repairs but we would still have wanted to avoid the experience in the first place.

Second time I take my car there for a wash a polish. First time they did a poorjob and had to request them to just about do it over. Took it there again today and yet again they fail to clean or polish properly. Had to get the manager and suddenly they are sorry and I had to wait another 20min to have them donit properley. Poor quality control. Will not go there again Gave the 2 chances and they failed!
