Got the best car wash, best service from the employeer. They take their time to clean the car to make sure all the dirt is removed.

Its a very straightforward place, you get what you pay for.

They didnt clean it properly the first time (I didnt know this until two gentlemen came to me and told me its going to be another while they just want to re do it properly) and they took another half an hour to re vacuum and clean the wheels, I am very impressed, those two gents need a big raise! 😁

Clean, friendly staff, competent and they get the job done with precision.I was highly impressed when I dropped my vehicle off. Mpho, one of the staff taking my details, made me feel welcomed and at ease leaving my vehicle with them.When I returned, not only did Mpho make it her duty to go through what they had done to my vehicle, but it looked brand new!If that is the service they provide, I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Montana Car Spa.

A good service is proven by how busy you find the business. Their hours are very convenient and staff are highly friendly and helpful. My car had not seen a wash in months and is now looking top class. Family friendly as well and would recommend Klenz to anyone as a first timer of their services. Bravo!

Exceptional Service.I visited Klenz@Montana on a day when they were understaffed, from the onset I was informed that they had a shortage in capacity. I appreciate being told prior as I knew exactly what to expect in terms of lead time.Service wise, they did and exceptional job with my car moreso on the inside. Ive experienced better service on my interior but their efforts are well appreciated.In terms of value for money, their pricing is a bit on the higher revs side of the dial, but their exceptional service makes it worth it.Visit them and treat your car to a well deserved spa day and Klenz.

I wrote a review of Montana Car Spa on Facebook, after which they switched their Facebook Reviews off. I have no idea whether it is at all related, but thought Id go ahead and then just leave it here too.Never in my life did I have to wait close to 3 hours for a car wash. Best part is, after all that time, they hadnt even started on my car yet. In their defense, they did tell me that it might take a bit long, but being an old customer, and knowing it usually took max 1h15m, that to me sounded like it might take close to 2 hours. Needless to say, I asked for a refund, and 30 mins later I was back home with my car washed at the Engen garage. This used to be my car wash of choice, I have no idea what happened, but after this experience I can definitely no longer recommend them.

Excellent service. They have been taking care of my new Convertible as well as wifes car since we acquired them to date. Had only one misinderstanding and the managenent solved in within minutes. Thank you guys for the exceptional service. I was however disturbed by a young lady customer who used foul language towards one of the female employees issuing the registration to wash her car. I wish customers can also realise that employees (no matter where they are employed) are human and need to be treated as such. Big ups Montana Car Spa see you at 8 this morning!!

Very disappointed in their service! 3rd time in a row that my car is half cleaned, and make them attend to it every time. Today again. My mats sucked half clean, forgot to put one mat back and they didnt even notice until I asked them. Pointed at my car where it was half washed. Each time, I serve it and give them the opportunity to fix it. 3 times in a row, and they had more than 2 hours to wash my car. Sorry you will not recommend or use again.

It was a great place. Until they admit your good break it and then the manager laughs at you in your face because you say he has a problem because he wants to fix it backyard.
