The service was great, its just a pity that clients that arrived after me made such a stink to be helped first, real rude clients. The staff was awesome and cleaned the vehicle real well.

Thanks for such friendly and great service! I brought my car in for a steam cleaning service following an awful smell coming from the engine. I was helped so quickly and the awful culprit was washed out in the form of a dead mouse. I spoke to three different staff members while I was there and just love your commitment to help your clients.

While they do a good job this is not the best Sparkling Car Wash Ive been to. Centurion do a better job massively quicker.I also feel the R30 surcharge for sanitizing the car is excessive. Since other competitors dont charge for this at all, I feel they are exploiting an opportunity. For this reason I will rather support another car wash in the future.

Best car wash in Pretoria! effortless and affordable. My car looks like new. The wash was very thorough, even washing in places that you dont think about normally. I am very impressed. Even decided to do some repair work on my car here. They were very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Sparkling Menlyn for any cosmetic repairs and a decent car wash.

Disappointing to say the least. I got the R100 inside and outside wash. The windows were streaky, there were some spots outside that was clearly not washed at all. Inside the minimum amount of vacuuming was done, there was dust and dirt still in all the nooks and crannies. The seats had dirt between the cushions, the inside of the windshield was incredibly streaky. I know this was the budget option, but when you consider a filling station wash is cheaper for better service, then my next choice for a wash is obvious.

Took my post-holiday car here today for the engine & chassis steam clean combo plus the sparkling wash. Ordered the services, drove the car onto the steam clean ramp and waited for 10 minutes while ... precisely nothing happened but with the relevant steam-clean operator in attendance.Whilst waiting, I had a quick look at the facilities - repair, polishing etc - which was enough to show me that there is not a lot of caring here and I was in the wrong place. Least subtle was the collection of car keys hanging in an open key cabinet fully accessible to any passer-by.I only stayed long enough to be reprimanded by a supervisor because customers are not allowed in the work areas. (If everything is A-OK and customers property is secure, what is there to hide ?)I left shortly thereafter with nothing having been done.No love, no spark, and zero customer relationship skills. Best avoided.

Had scratches and small dents fixed and resprayed beginning of December 2018 at this facility. Was promised completion in four days, which became 5, then six, eventual we had to demand the vehicle back, which was still half done. The vehicle was return for the 8th day and still not completed. The quote was paid in full, but we had to settle for an unfinished job. Advice to future customers, stipulate in detail each and every item, every scratch, every dent etc , when you signed the quotation and only pay for items completed when vehicle is collected, otherwise, I don’t recommend you trust this establishment with your vehicle, apart from having your car washed.

Amazing place, too expensive even for a big spender like me.

Bad service. Keys are not kept secure. Car in for repair and valet. Charl has a lot of excuses for why the job is not finished on time eg rain, back log. Also very poor communication with the client - making excuses and blaming other managers. Just don’t take your car here.

Booked in my car @07:45 and ask if I can pick it up at 10:00. Arrive @10:15, only my car engine has been washed, it was not yet in the washing bay. I was told that there were another car before me which was not present when I arrived at 07:45.Bad service and even badder arritude. Do not use them!
