Just a quick note of thanks to Natasha who went out of her way, again, to assist me recently. I was on route to the EC and my engine management light went on and the engine went into limp mode. I drive an amarok 4x4. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I had run out of diesel. I purely called to find out what the issue might be and she and her husband pitched up 30min later with diesel. Totally unexpected and i managed to get going again to the nearest Petrol station. Great service and thank you for going the extra mile.

These guys have serviced my Q3 for the last two years and have replaced brake discs&pads. They have always been very helpful with sound advice. I found them to be professional and their quality of work great. Natasha is more than an admin&reception person - extremely competent and knowledgable and friendly. Service is great and I am happy.

Poor workmanship took my scirocco for machatronic replacement and it later came back with wrong mechatroic intalled and the car was still not running was practically changed 25k as the car still didnt run. ripoffs

Took my mk7 dsg in for a clutch replacement in March at the Menlyn branch. First of all I asked for a OEM clutch but found out later that they supposedly installed a non VW clutch on my car but charged me the same price as for VW clutch. Secondly, the clutch continued to shudder occasionally when pulling off, slowing down and reversing. I took the car back four (4) times while it was still under warrantee and each time I would be told we cant feel the shuddering or they would do basic clutch settings and tell me to come back if it continues ( mind you, I stay I polokwane which is about 320 kms from pretoria).9 months later the clutch is out of warrantee and the shuddering is getting worse. Ive obviously been exploited for my money, R16000 gone. And I suspect that the clutch was not even replaced. I have developed a phobia for mechanics because of how these guys exploited me. Now i think I will need to do antother clutch replacement. The whole experience has been a headache for me to say the least.
