Bonolo is an excellent service consultant. The rest of the crew were great too. Made sure I got my car in the time they promised. They showed interest in sorting the issue out. Felt like I was getting special individual service. Well done to the Bosch Hatfield Team. I will definitely be going back there in future.

I serviced my Haval there for the first time..., not only didnt they update my engine to tell it that it got a service, so I had to to go back and they didnt wash my car properly...I left the car there at 7 30 and got it back just before 5, the inside was not touched and the outside was just wiped. Part of my service package is paying for consumables for a clean car. Verry dissapointing.

He has a fantastic team that are in the know and will find a way to accommodate you no matter what. You can sit and wait and have coffee or leave your car there in full confidence that it will be taken care of no matter how big or small the job.

BOSCH Hatfield services all makes of vehicle at affordable prices. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. They are RMI certified and work with most extended warranty companies. They also assist companies that have fleets. They even do small services on Saturdays (booking is essential).

If looking for service history they wont have records of need to claim from insurance. But friendly staff and quick service

1. Took 2 weeks to get a quote/estimate for my car service through Marlize and John.2. After that week, a further 3 days to have my car booked in.3. When the car was in, it sat the whole day at the back and was never serviced and When I asked Cherene she didnt seem to understand as to why the car sat all day.4. After I decided to pick up my car to have it serviced elsewhere, the locknut was missing as I found out when Bosch Midrand was planning to take the wheels off. Going back to Leo Hasse Bosch, the report written by Leo Haese technician outlined that the car had no spare wheel, no lock-nut and not jack in the booth. To my surprise Cherene shows me photos their technician took when the car went in for service and the photos show everything in the expected places. Clearly indicating that the technician lied through the report.Not only I had such a dismal service from this Leo Haese Bosch, they ended up costing money. Bosch Midrand had to take the car to Audi to remove the locks, which they charged me for it as part of the service and also now I have to go get a new lock-nut, which Audi will charge me for it.

Good admin deparrment and very friendly. Unfortuanetly I had to return after the 1 service.

Worst experience EVER!!! Do not use these people. Took my car for service and brake replacement on THURSDAY and because they are USELESS and INCAPABLE, I only got my [DIRTY] car back the SATURDAY. Only the front brakes replaced, not the rear brakes as quoted (for which they also blame their supplier). DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! You have been warned!!!!

Car was there for oil leak and had to take car back for same issue just over a month later and then they didnt have the stock and I had to collect my car and take it back two days later.
