What pathetic service from these guys. I left my car for oil and filter change. I also asked them to check some water leak coming from the engine. I got a call from them advising me that the water leak was coming from radiator. They asked if they can go ahead replacing the top and bottom coupling of the radiator which I approved. After replacing them they called again telling me that I should buy a new radiator of which I told them I had not budgeted for such. I told them to leave as is as I would normally add coolant after 3 days. I went to pick up the car and paid for the labor and parts. I drove the car to my house which is roughly 3km. When I parked in my garage I left the engine running then looked underneath the engine only to see water dripping like a shower. I called and explained to them that the leak was even worst than before. The guy who normally is at the reception started yelling at me and also blaming the previous auto mech who had checked the car. He dropped the call on me. In my mind I decided to look for a new radiator as per their diagnosis. I called a service center at Menlyn and asked them to replace my radiator with a new one. They told me to bring the car the next day. I took the car and they did some water pressure test only to pick up the water pump that was causing the leak. They replace the water pump and no leak could be seen up to now. Honestly JT car service should just focus on oil and filter changes only. How could they not pick up such. After all they made me pay for water couplings that were working well. This really was poor service and pathetic workmanship. 😕

If I could give these guys 7 stars, I would... They know what theyre doing, no issues, affordable, good recommendations. Did a major service on my Ford fiesta, and was really pleased with how they handled it.
