Stay away ! It will be the most costly mistake to bring you car here. This business preys on elderly people who have money and dont ask questions. The mechanics dont know what they are doing. Lots of other mechanics in the area that are not over-priced like here.Henry motors only knows how to do a service.There is no covid compliance at this businessThere is no transparency for the customers benefits. The owner (Henry) told me that they do not have time for 20 questions , but you are trusting them with your vehicle and would not expect sub-par service.Dont ask the business too many questions - the owner put hands on me.I asked for a quote as I would need to compare prices. Now I need to pay R33k to get my car & engine back in pieces. This is not the only bad review about the owner/business, there is another review of the owner even refusing to let his mechanic clarify questions to a customer ?Please be aware!

I wish I could give a negative 10 rating!! I have serviced my car with them ever since it came out of its motorplan without major issues. Took it in for another service and noticed another issue which I asked a quote on. I received the quote and asked them to go ahead in a rush of blood. I let them know 10 minutes later not to go ahead. I was then informed that it will cost R7500 for them to put it back together so that I can drive it away!! I will never in my life make use of them again and would strongly recommend that you do the same!!

I took my car in for a problem with the idle, got it back all most two weeks later with a broken SRS system. They refused to accept responsibility, made hundreds of excuses and did not fix it. Horrible service, stay away

Wow! Henry Motors sorted out my vehicle within 24 hours after I was told by another Service Centre the whole gearbox would need to be replaced.They kept me updated at all times and I could get hold of them immediately.

Booked my car for service 4 months ago. Later experienced that the car is leaking oil. As I thought it was an emergency and have serviced the car, I went back to them to do the quick diagnostic, to my utter amazement, they gave a stinking racist attitude and remarks without the car being checked. I need to point out that 2 months ago I paid them R46 000 for gearbox and today they are so busy to attend to me. I spoke to the owner and he said his staff member, to be particular Victor is not allowed to speak to me to outline my concerns. I am so deeply hurt, I am in the process of writing to ombudsman.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They drive around with your car using it to drop people off without you knowing!! And to top that they couldn’t even fix a simple oil leak. Absolutely terrible service from the owner himself. He spoke to me with no respect so don’t even consider taking your car here.

Sent our car in for a serive and asked them to look at the clutch. Replaced the clutch cable and told us the car is ready for collection and fixed. Got to the car and the clutch pedal was hitting the steering rack because the braket was broken. Owner of the business refused to take responsibility for the poor work quality and wanted to charge us to repair what his team broke.Hard to trust places these day to be honest and ethical
