Best place to buy a kia, great branch and service

Nonsense. Ive been told to wait until monday they will verify if my new car is still under service plan they told me I am still under when I bought it this year January 2021 from kia silverlakes

Great place but promises dont happen 5 months later we still waiting for the trim they said they would do.

Kia Warranty is the worst that you get. Do not believe in the 5-year unlimited marketing tool. The warranty is made up of parameters and starts deteriorating after 6 months. Customer service is horrible in the service division.

Service Center, i was qouted R37k to fix a heater, no diagnostic done they just wanted to replace the whole heating system.. same day went to Kia menlyn it was fixed for just R10k

There are 3 car companies on the same site. I was interested in purchasing a Hyundai part for my vehicle. Hyundai are in 2 different buildings so it was a bit confusing to find the spares department.

No stars for this horrible experience my colleague had. Secured a vehicle with a deposit. Did all the paperwork was messed about for a week only to be called late yesterday to say they had sold the car to someone else. Outrageous!!!! It gets worse they dont take her calls now and she cannot get her deposit back!!!!! Stay faraway

I have received the worst service from this dealership. They made us apply for finance and pay a deposit for a car that they were eventually gonna sell to someone else. Not taking into consideration the signed OTP agreement between us and the dealership. This has been one of the worst inconvenient experience that one may undergo. I must say the dealer handled this deal unprofessionally. Worst service ever!!! Im soo not happy with them at all.

The finance department lacks customer care, they need to be more aware of their environment and assist valuable customers professionally.I waited on the payment window for more than 20 minutes while their were busy on their desktop, just passing me without any care.

No stars!! Worst dealership I have ever encountered!! They require a holding deposit to secure the vehicle while youre applying for finance, then sell the car to someone else, without informing you. Stay away from this dealership. Im not the only person they have done to.

I tried now for a week to get a quote, phoned every second day and today was the last straw when I found out the Parts Department employee lied about the part being in stock at the warehouse. My husband and I will in future rather drive to Kia Menlyn to have our cars serviced there as they gave me all the info in 5 minutes!! Info that took me a week to get out of Kia Silverlakes.

It is one of the best car dealers I visited , from the show room to the great staff good service department staff are happy to go the extra mile to help you find your car for you, if it is a new car or used they can get it for you even looking in other branches to find the model or the color you need.

I was surprised that they dont offer pick ups when you need to fetch you car after you have brought it for service, they only offer drop offs.

It was horrible, Lucas Ngubeni as us to come from Witbank we gold lost end up at Hatfield branch we turn back to Silver just when we about to get there he told us we will find Kobus, when were get to Silverton Kobus didnt attend us he told the guy we were speaking to the car we drove all the way to see its been sold, what an experience first eastview in Witbank her managers didnt want to help Hlubi Mnisi for us to see the car even after they new we were approved to get the Sedona, they were bad then Silverton, wow after they new we had finance to buy the car, we were so looking forward to have the Kia Sedona.
