Very friendly and helpful staff. They even do a great job of making extra sales. Love going there.

Pathetic service, stood waiting for 15 minutes looking for someone to help with a shoe size. Staff was too busy cashing up and getting ready to close... mind you this was still a good half a hour before the stated closing time. If this is the attitude of the staff, rather just close the shop earlier.

William knows the environment Im heading to and made recommendation on personal experiences with the products he has used there.

The staff is willing to help and serve you and try and source what they might not have.Travel solutions from hiking and camping to overseas and isolated trips, they have something for you.Wide range of items. Battery packs, lights, torches, back packs, clothes, sleeping bags and even cooking products.Prices are not too expensive and quality is good.

No help! Look at them standing around. Cape Union Mart Kolonnade has fewer staff members but you will not be able to enter that store without immediately being offered assistance. Menlyn Cape Union Mart get your act together!
