This is a very interesting and convenient camping equipment and caravan parts store that will also go out of their way to get you what you want if they havent got it. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Melissa helped me to have two items of my explorer caravan fixed professionally and I can recommend this place for any tent repairs that you require. At the same place you can bring your caravan for repairs and or for a yearly service and maintenance. You can even trade in your old van for a New van or just go there and buy a new van. They will see to your every need when it comes to camping or caravaning with a smile

I have been there personally on 3 different occaisons. Fist time to place order for new roof vent, the following two times to follow up on the order and progress - to date, never received feedback or part orded.Sales service poor and suppirt very lacking.

If youre heavily involved in the caravan/trailer scene then this shop is the closest thing to heaven on earth that you will encounter. Trailers. Stuff to put in trailers. Better trailers. Even more stuff. Unfortunately you have to pay, so it isnt heaven on earth - that would be identical, but there you can just walk out with your choice.I think I got across what this shop is about, and who it will appeal to. Unfortunately I dont really fit into that category (I prefer a tent if I have to sleep outside), but have a ball, caravan guys.

Big variety of caravans. Only problem is all the sales people must have had the afternoon off, no, maybe I should have gone looking for them. Maybe next time.

Our experience was a nightmare. Took more than a week to get the finance arranged and another 2 weeks to pay the difference over to us. In the end basically we had to fight to get the job done and still we did not get the number plates and on top of that the caravan is registered on an address unknown to us, despite handed them our rica documents. Service is not their aim.

I just love this shop well priced and very attentive staff.

Their service department is very unorganized and their ability to resolve issues is very poor. Pathetic reception on initial engagements. Will not utilize them ever again. Stongly do not recommend them! (Waiting time unacceptable, lost our personal details, unfriendly, rude and unapprociable, unprofessional conduct).

Took the caravaan in after making arrangements, never heard from them during the day. We arrived just after 4 just to find out that thry Forgot to service the caravan????We left very disappointed.
