24 Aug 2021: Cute, new cafe. Food was good. Coffee was good. Service was good but wish they had cutlery and plates.Update: I went for the second time on 7 September 2021.The Staff is kinda creepy. When I went for the first time, this guy handed me a piece of paper with his number and asked me to call. I left the paper on the table and we left. Went again for the second time with a friend, did the same guy not walk up to our table and say “I see you’re back” with a grin on his face and he kept staring at me the whole time. Made me feel uncomfortable and will not be going back. Good coffee though

A great new Portuguese cafe- we were pleasantly impressed.The ambience in this cafe is really lovely- from the chairs and sofas to the decor on the walls, this place has been tastefully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and the service was good. It’s great that you can go for both a sit down or a takeaway. This is also a great place if you want to get some work done but need a change of scenery.The view from the restaurant is also a lovely addition.Highly recommend!

Perfect Sunday afternoon treat! Fresh out the oven rissoles hit the spot! It was a lovely vibe and the staff were so friendly even after a long day!

Awesome spot, the food is very impressive in taste and looks. I had a red cappuccino and it blew my mind. A tasty place to be.

Had a coffee freeze which was great but my chicken wrap was flat with almost no filling in. Prices are very high. I wont go there again

This must be the Coffee Shop with the best service in the entire Pretoria, and delicious Coffee as well, highly recommended, they are so focused on customer service, it is unreal. Also easy to park and quickly run in for a take away Coffee or to sit inside. Thanks guys, you never disappoint! :)

Another barista that seems to take a shortcut when they make coffee. Standard Alto/Tall/Easy coffee should have 2 shots espresso.Onus shouldnt be on the customer to request 2 shots, for something that should come standard.Great branding, I was all hyped up to try the coffee. A cup of brown, warm milk, referred to as a latte later, and I am left wanting and dumbfounded.When it comes shots, you didnt give me 2, and I wont give you another.

Superb coffee!

What an amazing experience! Great coffee and great Portuguese food/pastries ( Could not get enough of the pasteis de nata here). Also a great place to sit and get some work done, as they have air-conditioning, WIFI and power plugs.

Good cafe

This is the Cafe Estreito newly opened in the Lynnwood Lane complex. Lovely decor. Warm and inviting. Tasty Prego Rolls although a tad more sauce would have been welcome. They have a pastry counter with rows of delectables. The farturas are delicious and not too sweet. Takeaway drinks - I got an Americano, Alto size - are served in very attractive navy and white cups that are more attractive than Starbucks disposable mugs. Maybe they could become a collectors items. Would have loved to see some opening specials, but I guess its still early days...

Friendly staff. Best Cuppucino and foods delicious! Will sent everybody to go visit. Loved it. Almost felt home ♡

Had an amazing experience, all the waiters are very friendly and my Mozarella toats was amazing and their giant churros are soft and fresh.

Nice new and very clean Cafe. Only had a Cuppachino here and it was great. The vibe of the place is excellent.

I bought a bolo de Mel and was stale .At 39 rand I expected a fresh one.

7 people behind the counter took 30 minutes to make 3 coffees and still did not get it right.

Only had take aways so far, but great pasteis da nata, rissois(sp) malasadas average quijadas(sp) and good coffee. Still want to try the Bifana. A little bit of Madeira in the the East.

Nice Portugese restaurant with all the authentic dishes you love. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Interesting business model of order before getting seated, so once you are done no waiting for a bill. Coffee was really good and Hot. Just the way I like it. Worth a visit.

Starbucks type of estsblishment. Coffee was great but in a plastic cup and you had to get it youself. The site is great but definately not my type of establishment

Terrible service received! Ordered and didn’t receive our drinks, had to go back to the counter to ask where our drinks are, they then only started making the drinks. Ordered 2 Pregos and a Mediterranean wrap. Pregos came and my wrap never arrived, only for them to tell me the slip went missing. After waiting for them to rectify and speaking to the manager they still did not get the wrap out and carried on with other orders. Eventually refunded the wrap and left. Extremely poor service and very average Pregos! Definitely won’t be back!!

Really good coffee and the desserts they have are amazing! I love the interior design everything about it just makes me happy. Just writing this review makes me want to go and get that caramel latte of theirs!
