Acaso has new management and owner as of 1 September 2019. I will miss Celia and the great food and service she always gave, definitely some shoes to fill! These pictures were some of my favourite meals! Good luck on your new adventure Celia! And good luck to the new owner taking over!

Our offices are based in Persequor Technopark, so Im a regular customer. Well that was until yesterday 08/12/20. I ordered fish and chips and about halfway through my chips I started eating my fish only to find out the fish was raw. I was not upset as this can happen, I went back and the friendly staff apologised and said they will sort it out. After about 7 minutes I got a new cooked fish but with no chips. when I questioned this the response was that I ate half of the chips and that they cannot reimburse me for my chips. My reaction was okay so you decided to throw away the other half of my chips and just give me a piece of fish. The lady was sarcastic and asked me do I expect them to make me half a portion of chips. My response was no and that I expected them to replace my meal due to them throwing away my remaining chips.If I only wanted a piece of fish, I would have ordered only a piece of fish in the first place and not the entire meal as it is presented on the menu. So I did not argue any further and chucked the fish on the table and told the lady to give it for someone else as I was no longer interested. Im not posting this to get a response or an apology, but purely to inform you so that your staff makes sure not to ever do this to other customers again as this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

An incredible place to get a nice coffee or meal during lunch.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Its the second time I found hair in their food. The first time, the service was good even after I found hair in the food therefore I assumed that they would take it as a learning curve and implement hygienic measures, at least have the cook cover their heads in the kitchen. To my surprise I found hair again today, and I was told that I could have put the hair in the food. I AM DEFEATED.

Conveniently located within the Persequor office park. Friendly service, good variety and health options on the menu. New management definitely turned things around.Few comments: Waiters should not have to be asked to bring a menu to the table, waiters could be more pro-active in promoting any specials available.

Quite and usually very tranquil, beautifully surrounded by rose gardens, birds and a water fountain in the centre. A good place to think, work and relax without being disturbed. Food is always neatly presented, tasty and garnished to suit. Coffee is a little pricey for my liking but is really good quality. Would definately recommend you stop by and judge for yourself!

They have good chicken burgers. Designed as a place to grab a quick bite in your lunch hour.
