Would not recommend this establishment AT ALL. Went there with bridal party 5 months before the wedding and ordered dresses. Was absolutely assured the dresses would take about 3 months. Fast-forward 3 months later and still no dresses, was then told it could take 4 months. Which is one month before the wedding so still no stress (yet). After 4 months have passed get told the dresses MIGHT arrive ONE WEEK before the wedding. Every dress still needs to be altered to fit the bridesmaids in terms of length etc. Then when you are upset to find out the dresses might only come one week before the wedding you are told that shipping could take FIVE MONTHS! Meaning the dresses could arrive AFTER the wedding. This was never communicated in this way, we were told 3 months, otherwise we would never have ordered from them in the first place. Not fair to make people play the waiting game and then if the dresses do not arrive a week before the wedding they all of a sudden have to run around looking for bridesmaids dresses!

Excellent service from Nonnie and the other staff. Made the fitting, collection and return happen seamlessly.

After sales service was poor. Before buying my dress service was good. Took my dress in for dry cleaning after my wedding and paid full price for cleaning and still had to take parts of dirt from the dress and staff always has an attitude.

We had excellent service, thanks to noni for going the extra mile the only complaint that i have is that when we purchased the suit and dress we where not told upfront that we will need to provide our own cloth for the alterations (good luck finding matching sometimes).

Terrible service. Went in today for a fitting. The consultant allocated to us had no respect for Covid protocols. The place is untidy and overcrowded. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend.

The suit was nice but service not so much. Hubby arrived and it wasnt ready. I think they take advantage of the fact that one pay full amount for hire upfront,which i find ridiculous. I think 50% when you reserve, 50% when you collect is a basic fair business trade.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Large variety to pick from. Surely you will find your dress there. Also in the mens range, you can pick suits from all the different colors and styles. Prices quite affordable.

I was really disappointed with this store. I purchased my dress through the online Bride and co store and had it sent to the Parkview store for alterations. They lost my dress twice and kept asking me if I was sure I had an appointment - even after I confirmed both my appointments telephonically during the respective preceeding week, they acted like I have driven erroneously FROM WHITE RIVER MPUMALANGA, 3 hours away, for the fitting. This I did because the Bride and co in Nelspruit closed. They were dismissive and Im sorry to say served the white clients preferentially- the first appointment I had in Oct 2020, I waited ages while they continued with other clients, not caring that they were making me stand there in a wedding dress waiting for them to make alterations. Today, it was more of the same. I had enough and asked for my half- altered dress to hand sew myself at home, because I cannot drive to Pretoria again for such rubbish treatment. Dont they have any pride in their business or service. Im not a clown off the street, Im a medical doctor who paid good money for a service. So disrespectful and shameful.

The service is not up to scratch. The people working there they are still treating people according to colour. I felt that my money is not worth to be treated like that. I thought they have improved but not because they did this five years ago.

Theres not a wide variety as advertise on website.. Only formal dresses and not all woman prefer dresses...

Got there at 12:20 on a Sunday as their operating hours are from 9:00 to 13:00 on Sundays and public holidays only to be told by a rude sales person that they are closed.

Service wasnt great, had an appointment but the consultant did not keep it, so another consultant had to assist the bridal party, ended up having to organise all the orders ourselves. Lack of options when you would like to rent ties and waistcoats. Took nearly an hour just to make a payment

I decided on a different store for my Matric dress however the staff was very helpful and the dress variety was high and beautiful
