Terrible, worst branch I have ever been to.I had rceieved an sms to collect my ABSA VISA card, so I went to the Montana branch to collect it.I told them at the door I came to collect my card and they mad me sit one side.After a long while someone else came and asked me why is was there and she wanted me to join another queue for customer services.To make matters worse this queue had grown considerably since I first arrived.I told the lady that I was a Private Bank client and just came to collect my card.There was no apology or explanation, she just said I would have to wait and it would take a long time, that is when I stormed out of the branch
The wait to get to customer sevice is extremely long. Not enough staff to cater for the meagre amount of clients. Have been in line for much over 30 mins and have moved around 4 positions. This is not the first time this has happened either. No sign of any supervision.
